Great service from Bo and Daine at passion electric. I had a 220V outlet installed in my garage for my EV charger. Bo came and did the estimate which was simple and fast. After that I scheduled an appointment and Daine installed the outlet. Both of them were friendly, very professional and did great work.

These guys are outstanding, professional, knowledgeable,, expert! Big ups to them top shelf all the way! I am very satisfied and happy with them! You should use them!!!

Gave Michael a call this morning about my led strip lighting not working in my new construction home. He showed up a few hours later, and got the job done! Too easy! It's just how you would imagine things should happen, but we all know that isn't normally case!

Prompt and Personal

We needed work on a buried electrical line and outlet in the backyard that the previous owner installed. The post supporting the outlet had rusted and fallen over.

Justin came out for the estimate and listened to our concerns about the location of the outlet. He made some suggestions on how to keep the line and protect the outlet from weather by moving it up against a shed.

He gave us a very competitive estimate. A few days later, they moved the outlet and also ran a line inside my shed. The portion of the lawn that was dug up was put back in place; like it was never pulled up. I definitely will go with Hopkins for my next electrical work.

Requested four estimates from OKC / Edmond businesses for a whole house generator. Doug from Baker Brothers was most responsive with a very competitive estimate. Put down a $500 deposit and was told that Generac had a six month backlog. Business is booming at Generac!

Six months later, Doug called wanting to schedule installation. Baker Brothers was very flexible and accommodating in scheduling installation around my schedule.

The day of installation (9/24/2021), the Baker Brothers team arrived 45 minutes early. 👍🏻😀👍🏻😀👍🏻

Rick, Michael, Zac and James did a great job installing the generator (24 KW). They were prompt, professional and personable. The installation took five hours - excellent! They thoroughly tested the generator and answered all my questions before leaving me a VERY satisfied customer!

OBTW - The gas line to the generator was hooked up by Rocky & Brent from Rocky’s Plumbing in Norman, OK. Another great team!

Had a generator installed by this company. Everything initially was perfect. The crew that installed the generator did an excellent job.

After they left things went down hill! I had to repair a whole in my garage from the new electrical box, that was not covered in the initial sales call. Then I had to manage the inspectors to check the work and the gas company to complete the process.

I was told the owner was going to call me concerning an add for a free serge protecter that I had just paid $350.00 for!

He never called ……. Several times I called with questions and left a message, and never received a call back!

This company took my money and completely disappeared from sight.

Your process is broken, and so is my confidence in your company.

Had my electric panel upgraded. A bit pricey but great service from Josh and Alex. Still waiting to hear back from the company on getting my drywall repaired where they had to cut space for a new panel.
