Drabek & Hill Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. Electrician
Excellent company to work with, from heating and air conditioning to plumbing we have never had a problem with them. We just had them install a new American Standard heating air conditioning system including a new digital thermostat designed for the system. Learning how to use the digital thermostat was a little challenging and was never a problem with them sending out a technician to retract us..

We purchased a service agreement where a technician would come out twice a year to check out the system. Technicians they send out are polite and knowledgeable. Keep up the excellent work.

Alliance Expert Services Electrician
Beware! I called Alliance Expert Services and requested a bid to run an electrical circuit for a hot tub (small job) -- they missed an appointment and then charged $59 to provide an estimate. See below for details.

I spoke with the staff 3 times to get the appointment. The first time, the technician never showed. After waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes into a 2 hour time block, I called the company. They didn't enter the appointment into their system. After rescheduling, they called because they failed to write down the house number. During the rescheduled appointment, the technicians were friendly. They provided the requested estimate in approximately 15 minutes, then requested a $59 payment for the estimate! Although it would be deducted from the price of work performed, the fee was not mentioned during any of the 3 earlier phone calls, the text message confirming the re-booked appointment, the HouseCallApp confirmation (which shows $0.00 charge), or anywhere on the Alliance website.

When I called the company to discuss the fee, they apologized and said that not mentioning the fee was an oversight. It was their way of covering costs. As a point of reference, none of the other two electrical contractors that have provided estimates charged any fees for the estimates they provided.

Use Caution!

FAITH ELECTRIC, INC. Electrician
I've had 3 encounters with Faith Electric and all have had to do with home generators. The first was great, we had just bought a house with a whole-home generator and I had them come out to change the oil and show me the ins and outs of the system. The tech was great in explaining everything. A year later I had them come out to change the oil again but I wasn't there for a before-agreed-upon price, something like $40. The tech proceeded to without authorization from me change out the air filter and oil filter and I got a bill for $240. When I called the tech and the office they would not work with me and I paid the bill after vowing to never do business with them again. Fast forward, just bought a house in Edmond with a generator which is running flawlessly. Got a notice on the door from Faith that we needed to do yearly preventative maintenance; I went out to the generator (I check it weekly) and the diagnostic screen said the battery was bad. I checked the battery (full charge) and reset the warning light. It's still running weekly and testing out fine. Interesting that the warning light came on right after they checked my generator...I know lots of reviewers have had excellent service from this company but my experience has been less than satisfactory.

TMAX Electric Electrician
Their technician did a good job on installing ceiling fan (and installed a switch and ran the wire) even though an accidental stumble put a hole in my ceiling (which he tried to patch). Though even after four separate times I had asked for a quote before the work was started and twice more during the install process, I was never given a quote. Almost a month later I finally get the invoice only to find out they charged over double what their competitors had quoted me for.

Mister Sparky Electrician Yukon Electrician
They claimed that my entire electrical system wasn't to code, shouldn't have passed inspection and needed to be replaced.
My house doesn't meet current codes, but it was to code when it was built, as such it's grandfathered in.
They tried to get me to replace everything for $10,000. I got a second opinion and had the real problem fixed for $300
