After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

He was called out by our rental management company when our electric went out in three rooms of our house. Our management company tried to deny allowing him to completely fix the problem and rather than just leaving, he fought with them to make sure he could. He got it done and got it done right! The crew came to my location right on time, were professional, efficient and friendly. We had a 100 amp electrical panel installed in a shop requiring trenching and burying ground wire. Communication throughout the process was excellent and the whole crew was neat in the process going above and beyond restoring the worksite back to how it looked before they came to work. Tom and his team did an outstanding job at fixing the electrical issues we were having with our pool and waterfall. From having to investigate the old wiring issues, to coming up with a cost-effective and long-term solution for us, he really put effort into our job. Not to mention they spent the entire day there, and into the night, to finish the job for us on time before my son's party! So appreciated and dedicated. We look forward to working with him again in the future, and having someone we can trust to do the job right.

Our AC unit stopped work on a Saturday afternoon. I called Terry’s because they had serviced my units before. Even though it was the weekend I got a quick answer and set up a time for a technician to come out. Within 5 minutes of getting off the phone with the office the tech Jay called me. Gave me an estimate time of arrival. Called me back 30 minutes later and had a cancellation so was on his way. Jay was quick to Service and explain the situation. I appreciate Jay for his help and Terry’s for their service.

They did a great job! Even vacuumed my garage before they left. They had the entire job done in 1 day and they hooked my fridge up to a generator until they were done!

My mother has Dementia, I specifically authorized a hot water heater installation and a new shutoff valve to the house. Instead they sold her on some bogus part on the shower. I wish I could give more info on the part and what it was but they will never answer my questions when I call. they always claim they will get with the plumber who went there but never do.

Do not trust them. They up sale to people who cant make decisions for themselves and I specifically told them of her condition and what she and my father are capable of doing on their own. They did an excellent install but the fact they charged us 300 + on a part and installation that was not authorized was totally unacceptable.

They charged us 2400+ on a hot water heater install as well. Which is above the others I got quoted but because we had done business before I decided to spend extra money. NEVER AGAIN unless they rectify this.

Everything went smoothly and quick. Professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Would highly recommend for any type electrical work. Will definitely use again!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give zero stars, I would. We called Harris electric to get a quote on rewiring some outlets for a kitchen remodel. He said he charges $80/hour for the work. Great! A guy and his son came by to work on the house the next day. They were nice people while they were here, and the son joked that he “didn’t even work for the company” and that he “didn’t know what he was doing” so it appeared he was there for an extra hand/maybe to learn the trade from his dad. We were invoiced $435 for 3 hours of work, and my husband paid it without looking carefully at the itemized receipt (our biggest mistake). After realizing he charged us $130/hour as opposed to the $80/hour that we agreed on, we called Gary (the owner) to ask for our $150 back as we were told it would be $50 less per hour than we were charged. He immediately became loud and rude saying that we were paying $80 PER MAN (which was never told to us) and that he was actually giving us A DEAL by only charging us $50 for the second man (ha!). Remember, the second man being the son who apparently didn’t actually work there or know what he was doing. AND to top it all off, they did the job incorrectly so we had to spend the next day rewiring their work so we could actually have power to the outlets needed. We’ve called Gary multiple times asking for our money back, and each time he’s cussed and yelled at us and ends the conversation with hanging up on us. Save your money, time, and sanity by going with literally any other electrician you can find.
