After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

He will explain, and recommend necessary work, ....very knowledgeable. His panels are almost a work of art. I called Brian to do the electrical install for a new hot tub in my backyard. Brian was very professional and prompt. Due to issues with the hot tub delivery, I had to reschedule several times during the week, but Brian was very patient, understanding, and accommodating to these changes. He even came out on a Saturday morning (with literally hours of notice) to get the final install completed so we could enjoy the hot tub Saturday night. Brian checked back Saturday night to make sure we were all set to go. His communication and professionalism is excellent. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process and he genuinely wanted to get us in the hot tub as soon as possible and do it safely. We will definitely be using Blue Spark and Brian for our next electrical project.

We worked with Rebeca to help us with getting quote. Our breaker box burned out on a Saturday. Rebecca listened to our issues and asked for pictures so she can get a quote for the fix by Monday morning. She was very helpful. Respectful, high quality and good attitude!

We had an electrical fire that revealed many problems with our old wiring and Blue Sky was hired to completely re-wire the property. Stefan and Tucker showed up everyday on time and in good spirits to handle this daunting task. They were very kind and respectful and were a pleasure to have on the job! It's hard to know where to go when you don't use a service very often. This company was Tesla certified and was able to coordinate installation shortly after the charger was delivered. They arrived on time gave us confidence it was done correctly.

Our AC unit stopped work on a Saturday afternoon. I called Terry’s because they had serviced my units before. Even though it was the weekend I got a quick answer and set up a time for a technician to come out. Within 5 minutes of getting off the phone with the office the tech Jay called me. Gave me an estimate time of arrival. Called me back 30 minutes later and had a cancellation so was on his way. Jay was quick to Service and explain the situation. I appreciate Jay for his help and Terry’s for their service.

I needed an inspection done in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma. I called 32 different places and no one would go out that far. ESP went out the same day and did a great job! Excellent company to work with, from heating and air conditioning to plumbing we have never had a problem with them. We just had them install a new American Standard heating air conditioning system including a new digital thermostat designed for the system. Learning how to use the digital thermostat was a little challenging and was never a problem with them sending out a technician to retract us..

We purchased a service agreement where a technician would come out twice a year to check out the system. Technicians they send out are polite and knowledgeable. Keep up the excellent work.
