This place is awesome! I had one day off and after calling several other well know electric companies in the Moore area who were a tad bit rude and told me they couldn’t come out and do a same day service but that they would love to come on Saturday and charge me for OT service! So then i ran across the number and I called Passion Electric and they were so nice to me and explained that they had a full day already scheduled but if they had any changes they would get back to me. Well , they called me back 20 minutes after our first call and they had a customer cancel and they said they could come right over and get me taken care of. Being a woman and at home alone I was worried about men coming over to work but I needed the work done desperately. Shevon Blair called me and let me know he was at my home and I couldn’t have asked for a better electrician to come and do the work for me . He was awesome and very polite and explained everything to me so that I would understand what he needed to do. The price for the work was great and a lot cheaper than what Bliss Electric quoted me for the same job. I will recommend. Passion Electric to all my friends and close family! It's hard to know where to go when you don't use a service very often. This company was Tesla certified and was able to coordinate installation shortly after the charger was delivered. They arrived on time gave us confidence it was done correctly.

James at j&r electric was very professional and and on time. We remodeled our house and the came out and upgraded our panel and ran new wire. The price was very reasonable. I will use the on my next project.

I had a great experience with Spark Electrical Solutions. They were quick to work with me on scheduling and getting me an honest estimate. In fact it ended up being cheaper than I expected and their price was way lower than the other companies I called. The electricians that arrived were nice and professional. They didn't mind me asking questions or helping me understand what they were doing. Overall it was a quick and easy process. I couldn't have asked for better service.

They came to my house in order to “give me a quote” but I never heard back from them even after I followed up with them asking when I could expect a quote.
Seems super unprofessional and disrespectful to come into someone’s home and not even give a quote.

My mother has Dementia, I specifically authorized a hot water heater installation and a new shutoff valve to the house. Instead they sold her on some bogus part on the shower. I wish I could give more info on the part and what it was but they will never answer my questions when I call. they always claim they will get with the plumber who went there but never do.

Do not trust them. They up sale to people who cant make decisions for themselves and I specifically told them of her condition and what she and my father are capable of doing on their own. They did an excellent install but the fact they charged us 300 + on a part and installation that was not authorized was totally unacceptable.

They charged us 2400+ on a hot water heater install as well. Which is above the others I got quoted but because we had done business before I decided to spend extra money. NEVER AGAIN unless they rectify this.

Awesome company. Came to home replaced defected light fixtures in garage that are no longer manufactured. Repaired and replaced automatic timer and lights that surround residence. But, more importantly 3 weeks later when certain lights did not come on surrounding home, I called company and immediately a technician was at my resident to address and resolve issue. Once again Outstanding company that delivers outstanding service. I will recommend this company to anyone for residential or commercial services.

I've had 3 encounters with Faith Electric and all have had to do with home generators. The first was great, we had just bought a house with a whole-home generator and I had them come out to change the oil and show me the ins and outs of the system. The tech was great in explaining everything. A year later I had them come out to change the oil again but I wasn't there for a before-agreed-upon price, something like $40. The tech proceeded to without authorization from me change out the air filter and oil filter and I got a bill for $240. When I called the tech and the office they would not work with me and I paid the bill after vowing to never do business with them again. Fast forward, just bought a house in Edmond with a generator which is running flawlessly. Got a notice on the door from Faith that we needed to do yearly preventative maintenance; I went out to the generator (I check it weekly) and the diagnostic screen said the battery was bad. I checked the battery (full charge) and reset the warning light. It's still running weekly and testing out fine. Interesting that the warning light came on right after they checked my generator...I know lots of reviewers have had excellent service from this company but my experience has been less than satisfactory.

Their technician did a good job on installing ceiling fan (and installed a switch and ran the wire) even though an accidental stumble put a hole in my ceiling (which he tried to patch). Though even after four separate times I had asked for a quote before the work was started and twice more during the install process, I was never given a quote. Almost a month later I finally get the invoice only to find out they charged over double what their competitors had quoted me for.
