After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

Prompt response, fair price and quality individuals/workmanship. They’ve helped add a dedicated line and outlet for an EV and another dedicated line to a guest bedroom. Even with a very minor issue arose during the installation, Joe arranged for it to get fixed. I’ve dealt with Heather throughout all my projects and she does a fantastic job communicating and keep you up to date with everything. Will definitely be utilizing them for any future electrical work and would highly recommend!

He did a thorough job of checking my system and tightened the breaker that controls my dryer which was previously making a humming noise. He was much thorough than the previous technicians.

Brian did a fantastic job with what we hired him for. He took his time but was very efficient. Every time I tried to go cheap on something he would take the time to make for sure I understood the tradeoff. He seems genuinely concerned about service after the sale as well. Overall, I highly recommend and will give him a call the next time I have an electrical need.

We worked with Rebeca to help us with getting quote. Our breaker box burned out on a Saturday. Rebecca listened to our issues and asked for pictures so she can get a quote for the fix by Monday morning. She was very helpful. Respectful, high quality and good attitude!

Isiah and his team are awesome. Just used them on a large remodel project. I was referred to them by a realtor. Best electrician I’ve ever worked with. Fast, efficient, and does quality work. And most importantly, he was very willing to work WITH me on coming up with the plan, explaining different options and the pros and cons of each. We had an electrical fire that revealed many problems with our old wiring and Blue Sky was hired to completely re-wire the property. Stefan and Tucker showed up everyday on time and in good spirits to handle this daunting task. They were very kind and respectful and were a pleasure to have on the job! Since the job was done we’ve have no issues and everything is now up to date and working great. Thanks also to Nick and the owner for coming out and inspecting and assuring us!

Augie and Joe did a great job with installing a ceiling fan and 2 outdoor lighting fixtures!! They did not charge me for an estimate, which was great. They were pleasant and professional, the the price was right!! I would highly recommend them for any lighting or construction needs!!

Unprofessional! Needed Jacuzzi hooked up for my disabled wife left my house with damaged walls and lots of electrical problems. Blocked my phone number won't come back to fix. Beware! Not good.

Probably not my least favorite experience, but close. I haven't received my card...over a month later. Almost no one knew how to charge it. I spent 45 minutes trying to pay.... finally paid with alternative method....needed help loading. Was given attitude. When I got my drywall home, the corners and edges were crumbling...yay! I paid full price for hot garbage that was concealed by the packing. So disappointed.

The bright note was the very cheerful and helpful staff at the rental counter and the customer service gal who finally fixed credit card charge. Next time I will shop ANYWHERE else.

I needed an inspection done in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma. I called 32 different places and no one would go out that far. ESP went out the same day and did a great job! I can't recommend them enough. They're willing to go anywhere in the state! Great prices, professional, detailed and good communicators

I've had 3 encounters with Faith Electric and all have had to do with home generators. The first was great, we had just bought a house with a whole-home generator and I had them come out to change the oil and show me the ins and outs of the system. The tech was great in explaining everything. A year later I had them come out to change the oil again but I wasn't there for a before-agreed-upon price, something like $40. The tech proceeded to without authorization from me change out the air filter and oil filter and I got a bill for $240. When I called the tech and the office they would not work with me and I paid the bill after vowing to never do business with them again. Fast forward, just bought a house in Edmond with a generator which is running flawlessly. Got a notice on the door from Faith that we needed to do yearly preventative maintenance; I went out to the generator (I check it weekly) and the diagnostic screen said the battery was bad. I checked the battery (full charge) and reset the warning light. It's still running weekly and testing out fine. Interesting that the warning light came on right after they checked my generator...I know lots of reviewers have had excellent service from this company but my experience has been less than satisfactory.

Never returned my call.
