After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

He did a thorough job of checking my system and tightened the breaker that controls my dryer which was previously making a humming noise. He was much thorough than the previous technicians.

Brian came to my home on short notice to help me out. Our dining room table wouldn't center under the single light that we had. He helped me measure it out and decide the best location for second fixture. the whole job was completed in less time than I figured. The very small mess was cleaned, and me and my wife couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend this company.

We had an electrical fire that revealed many problems with our old wiring and Blue Sky was hired to completely re-wire the property. Stefan and Tucker showed up everyday on time and in good spirits to handle this daunting task. They were very kind and respectful and were a pleasure to have on the job! Since the job was done we’ve have no issues and everything is now up to date and working great. Thanks also to Nick and the owner for coming out and inspecting and assuring us!

Joe was absolutely amazing, he did an amazing job. He was very quick and thorough. He gave a great price, then a discount on top because I am a social worker. He also fixed me heat free of charge. Sometimes I have to call in the pros and calling Owens was a great decision. Jack and Tim figured out the problems, added a few things I wanted, and it works great. Would recommend and we'll use again if needed for future work.

I needed an inspection done in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma. I called 32 different places and no one would go out that far. ESP went out the same day and did a great job! They charge 75$ for an estimate which is completely fine with me. A contractors time is valuable and they should be compensated accordingly, even for just an estimate. I scheduled an appointment with them to come out and give me an estimate for a large amount of work at my personal residence. A few hours before they were supposed to come out, I called their office and spoke with their office manager and asked them if the estimate would be a thorough estimate. What I mean by that is, will they break down the estimate and give me the cost of each part of the job (for example, to install outlets will cost x amount of dollars times total amount of outlets to be installed = x amount of dollars) vs just giving me one big lump sum number for all the work with no breakdown. If I am paying 75$ for an estimate, I want it to be thorough. The office manager was not sure so I asked if I could get an estimate from any previous jobs they have done before (with any personal information removed or redacted) to give me an idea of what their estimates look like. She told me she didn't know how to do that and kept going on and on about how they include pictures with their estimates as if that was sufficient, but that did not answer my question so I asked her to contact an electrician. The electrician contacts me several minutes later and told me they were not going to come out and give me an estimate anymore because I didn't want to pay for an estimate. Which was completely false. I am totally okay with paying for an estimate, I just want to know whether it will be thorough. The electrician didn't even ask me to clarify or anything just told me they were not coming out anymore. I guess the office manager I spoke with told the electrician something different than I what I had said. Miscommunication happens but before doing something rash, maybe try clarifying with the potential customer first.

Faith did a good job installing a generator. After that, I endured several years of frustration with them servicing my generator. I would call and leave messages and go weeks before getting a call back. Technicians were difficult to get scheduled. It was a hassle. I found someone else to service the unit and was happy with them. During the recent ice storm my regular service provider wasn't able to help. When I called Faith, a man answered the phone and began telling me that the problem presenting itself was all my fault, that I should call the other people back. I stopped him and said bluntly do you want to come out and work on this generator or not? That was met with him arguing with me and being rude. I'm done with Faith. Their customer service skills are ridiculously poor and I will never put myself through the frustration of having to call and beg for someone to come out to my house again.
