Excellent Service! Highly Recommend!

After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

Had Toby come out to fish a line of coax cable in an outlet where AT&T had cut the cable resulting in a faceplate being unable to be installed by Cox (Who I am getting new services with). His services were quick and got the job done well. My issue with his services is that they are extremely expensive. For fishing the single line of Coax, I was charged $517.00. It wasn't till later that day I found out that Cox would do the same work for $50-$125(Depending on existing cables). It was a hard lesson learned, next time I'll make sure to do my research before jumping the gun

Mike & Todd were very professional and knowledgeable. They worked hard all day in the scorching heat upgrading our electric panel and making electrical repairs in our well house and upgrading an underground junction box. They showed up on time with everything they needed to complete the job and cleaned everything up before they left. Thanks for a job well done! We worked with Rebeca to help us with getting quote. Our breaker box burned out on a Saturday. Rebecca listened to our issues and asked for pictures so she can get a quote for the fix by Monday morning. She was very helpful. Respectful, high quality and good attitude!

Dylan completed the electrical work needed for our hot tub! He was professional, detailed, organized and very knowledgeable. I was impressed with how how neat the wiring looked. Blue Sky Electric is a service company with integrity. Our HVAC company referred us to them on a hot summer day. We were having an issue with one of our HVAC units and Blue Sky came over promptly to resolve the problem. I was so impressed with their knowledge and skill I invited them back for a different project. They completed the job correctly, with efficiency and at a very reasonable price. Scheduled an appointment for someone to come by re: insulation for my trailer. ( Under the trailer) I called them! Then it was told to me that they don't insulate trailers... Why didn't they just tell me! OR,,,, call for the cancellation!? Big butt heads!!! 😃

Mike was prompt, courteous, and professional. Additionally, Mike was flexible in helping me understand better my requirements for my project and offered several avenues to accomplish my goals with differing price points. He took the time to show me the equipment and walk me through the steps he'd take so my family I would better understand the process and his work. Would recommend Mike for electrical work!

Derek is the go to man for electrical! We’ve used him on several projects and we will continue to do so! Great work, great prices, gets the job done right and within a timely manner.

Probably not my least favorite experience, but close. I haven't received my card...over a month later. Almost no one knew how to charge it. I spent 45 minutes trying to pay.... finally paid with alternative method....needed help loading. Was given attitude. When I got my drywall home, the corners and edges were crumbling...yay! I paid full price for hot garbage that was concealed by the packing. So disappointed.

The bright note was the very cheerful and helpful staff at the rental counter and the customer service gal who finally fixed credit card charge. Next time I will shop ANYWHERE else.

What a reliable and professional company to do business with! Their customer service is A+!! We appreciated Michael D. and his willingness to come after hours to help us with our water leak. Every time we have had an emergency, they have always had someone to talk with 24/7 and someone to come out asap. Cannot say enough good things about Drabek and Hill/Mr. Comfort.

They charge 75$ for an estimate which is completely fine with me. A contractors time is valuable and they should be compensated accordingly, even for just an estimate. I scheduled an appointment with them to come out and give me an estimate for a large amount of work at my personal residence. A few hours before they were supposed to come out, I called their office and spoke with their office manager and asked them if the estimate would be a thorough estimate. What I mean by that is, will they break down the estimate and give me the cost of each part of the job (for example, to install outlets will cost x amount of dollars times total amount of outlets to be installed = x amount of dollars) vs just giving me one big lump sum number for all the work with no breakdown. If I am paying 75$ for an estimate, I want it to be thorough. The office manager was not sure so I asked if I could get an estimate from any previous jobs they have done before (with any personal information removed or redacted) to give me an idea of what their estimates look like. She told me she didn't know how to do that and kept going on and on about how they include pictures with their estimates as if that was sufficient, but that did not answer my question so I asked her to contact an electrician. The electrician contacts me several minutes later and told me they were not going to come out and give me an estimate anymore because I didn't want to pay for an estimate. Which was completely false. I am totally okay with paying for an estimate, I just want to know whether it will be thorough. The electrician didn't even ask me to clarify or anything just told me they were not coming out anymore. I guess the office manager I spoke with told the electrician something different than I what I had said. Miscommunication happens but before doing something rash, maybe try clarifying with the potential customer first.

Faith did a good job installing a generator. After that, I endured several years of frustration with them servicing my generator. I would call and leave messages and go weeks before getting a call back. Technicians were difficult to get scheduled. It was a hassle. I found someone else to service the unit and was happy with them. During the recent ice storm my regular service provider wasn't able to help. When I called Faith, a man answered the phone and began telling me that the problem presenting itself was all my fault, that I should call the other people back. I stopped him and said bluntly do you want to come out and work on this generator or not? That was met with him arguing with me and being rude. I'm done with Faith. Their customer service skills are ridiculously poor and I will never put myself through the frustration of having to call and beg for someone to come out to my house again.

Had my electric panel upgraded. A bit pricey but great service from Josh and Alex. Still waiting to hear back from the company on getting my drywall repaired where they had to cut space for a new panel.

$180 for an emergency call and never get a call back with a quote waited 4 business days without a call back.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give zero stars, I would. We called Harris electric to get a quote on rewiring some outlets for a kitchen remodel. He said he charges $80/hour for the work. Great! A guy and his son came by to work on the house the next day. They were nice people while they were here, and the son joked that he “didn’t even work for the company” and that he “didn’t know what he was doing” so it appeared he was there for an extra hand/maybe to learn the trade from his dad. We were invoiced $435 for 3 hours of work, and my husband paid it without looking carefully at the itemized receipt (our biggest mistake). After realizing he charged us $130/hour as opposed to the $80/hour that we agreed on, we called Gary (the owner) to ask for our $150 back as we were told it would be $50 less per hour than we were charged. He immediately became loud and rude saying that we were paying $80 PER MAN (which was never told to us) and that he was actually giving us A DEAL by only charging us $50 for the second man (ha!). Remember, the second man being the son who apparently didn’t actually work there or know what he was doing. AND to top it all off, they did the job incorrectly so we had to spend the next day rewiring their work so we could actually have power to the outlets needed. We’ve called Gary multiple times asking for our money back, and each time he’s cussed and yelled at us and ends the conversation with hanging up on us. Save your money, time, and sanity by going with literally any other electrician you can find.
