Excellent Service! Highly Recommend!

After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

Shevon was truly a blessing. He is very honest and just an all-around wonderful person. Shavon answered many questions, and concerns that we had before he proceeded with the work. Shevon did an excellent job on changing the electrical panel. The job site was clean and tidy and all put together before he left for the evening . He was also very patient with my grandson who is five years old. I truly believe he was said by God and I would highly recommend his work to anyone. I would give you a 20 star review if I could.

Tom and his team did an outstanding job at fixing the electrical issues we were having with our pool and waterfall. From having to investigate the old wiring issues, to coming up with a cost-effective and long-term solution for us, he really put effort into our job. Not to mention they spent the entire day there, and into the night, to finish the job for us on time before my son's party! So appreciated and dedicated. Our AC unit stopped work on a Saturday afternoon. I called Terry’s because they had serviced my units before. Even though it was the weekend I got a quick answer and set up a time for a technician to come out. Within 5 minutes of getting off the phone with the office the tech Jay called me. Gave me an estimate time of arrival. Called me back 30 minutes later and had a cancellation so was on his way. Jay was quick to Service and explain the situation. I appreciate Jay for his help and Terry’s for their service.

The professionals at ESP go above and beyond. They are amazing people. We are having a generator installed by them. Their prices beat everyone else's. I will remain loyal customer.

Excellent company to work with, from heating and air conditioning to plumbing we have never had a problem with them. We just had them install a new American Standard heating air conditioning system including a new digital thermostat designed for the system. Learning how to use the digital thermostat was a little challenging and was never a problem with them sending out a technician to retract us..

We purchased a service agreement where a technician would come out twice a year to check out the system. Technicians they send out are polite and knowledgeable. Keep up the excellent work.

Satisfaction is not guaranteed. I would not recommend. I needed a simple outlet installed. Lance came out to install. He installed it crooked. Tripped down a ladder into my wall. I could smell alcohol on him and confronted him about it. He didn't deny it. They charged me $288 (For ONE simple outlet) which I paid under protest. I called to complain about Lance to the owner ... who said he DID NOT believe me and said that Lance was his best guy. He did offer to knock off 10%. I declined for several reasons.
After he left ... the outlet stopped working! I had to call ANOTHER electrician .... who came in and we figured out Lance had tied the outlet to the garage light SWITCH ... therefore, when we turned the outside garage lights off ....it turned the outlet (and out TV hooked up to it) OFF!! And I paid for that?! The other electrician, Shane Denny with Denny's Electric was awesome. I would recommend them. They put in THREE (3) additional outlets ALL for $300 (about the same price that Harris Electric charged me for ONE). Harris Electric took my money and didn't look back. Definitely not satisfied and out $288 for work that had to be redone!
