Robert Baxter Electric is my go to electricians when I have issues. Baxter's crews have:
- saved my house from burning down by locating and changing a socket that was arching.
- run all of the wiring to our whole house generator.
- installed new sockets, light switches, hung a ceiling fan, and light fixture in our bathroom.
When the boss, Robert Baxter, comes out to estimate a job, that tells me a lot about the company. All of his service personnel are friendly, professional and know what they are doing. I highly recommend Baxter Electric.

My mother has Dementia, I specifically authorized a hot water heater installation and a new shutoff valve to the house. Instead they sold her on some bogus part on the shower. I wish I could give more info on the part and what it was but they will never answer my questions when I call. they always claim they will get with the plumber who went there but never do.

Do not trust them. They up sale to people who cant make decisions for themselves and I specifically told them of her condition and what she and my father are capable of doing on their own. They did an excellent install but the fact they charged us 300 + on a part and installation that was not authorized was totally unacceptable.

They charged us 2400+ on a hot water heater install as well. Which is above the others I got quoted but because we had done business before I decided to spend extra money. NEVER AGAIN unless they rectify this.

They replaced my furnace an air conditioner last year. Full upgrade, much more efficient. Reasonable prices and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

Reliable, professional, and diligent in their work. I never have to worry about a project getting done, and getting done correctly. Do it right the first time and are very easy to work with. Individually, Paul has impressed me, being their superintendent on the job, and I do recommend him specifically. Not saying anything bad about the other guys though! Clean work and clean job site equals a happy super. Thanks guys.
