They truly live up to their name and have a passion for their line of work. My job was quite the task and they completed it very fast and perfectly. Recommended through someone else in the neighborhood. Guys did a great job. Communication before the visit allowed me enough of a window to expect their arrival. Found the issue fairly quick, although it caused me not to really need their services. However, they were able to suggest alternatives and offered to help once we took care dog the other problem. They are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Very nice, showed up on time, did a great job in a timely manner. AND he didn't charge me an astronomical amount! Will be recommending to everyone I know!

Reasonable service and cost.

I had a great experience with Spark Electrical Solutions. They were quick to work with me on scheduling and getting me an honest estimate. In fact it ended up being cheaper than I expected and their price was way lower than the other companies I called. The electricians that arrived were nice and professional. They didn't mind me asking questions or helping me understand what they were doing. Overall it was a quick and easy process. I couldn't have asked for better service.

We have searched high and low in the OKC/Edmond area for a good electrician and based on our experience with a recent addition to our home, we will never use anyone but Seth and Equity Electric. They're so skilled, quick and keep their word with everything--schedules, pricing, etc. Love this company and will absolutely use them in the future for any and all projects.

The professionals at ESP go above and beyond. They are amazing people. We are having a generator installed by them. Their prices beat everyone else's. I will remain loyal customer.

My mother has Dementia, I specifically authorized a hot water heater installation and a new shutoff valve to the house. Instead they sold her on some bogus part on the shower. I wish I could give more info on the part and what it was but they will never answer my questions when I call. they always claim they will get with the plumber who went there but never do.

Do not trust them. They up sale to people who cant make decisions for themselves and I specifically told them of her condition and what she and my father are capable of doing on their own. They did an excellent install but the fact they charged us 300 + on a part and installation that was not authorized was totally unacceptable.

They charged us 2400+ on a hot water heater install as well. Which is above the others I got quoted but because we had done business before I decided to spend extra money. NEVER AGAIN unless they rectify this.

The team was very responsive and patient with all of my questions I had about throughout the whole process. When I changed my about something, they not only listened without complaint but they made the change mid-stream with no extra cost. I really appreciated them for that. I highly recommend this company for your electrical needs.

I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy. Don't ask them for an estimate. You'll never get one. You will be promised repeatedly that they'll call you back with at least some kind of information. Trey himself told me on no less than 8 times over the period of two months that he would get right back to me. I didn't realize that 'right back to me' meant two months with still ZERO word. I was told that Tmax was the best in town and could be relied upon. I was told they were professional. These word of mouth claims couldn't be further from the truth. I'm disabled with serious mobility issues and am now facing my home being condemned. All because this company dropped the ball and obviously thought I was unworthy of the truth and respect that an actual caring hometown business would extend to a customer.

$180 for an emergency call and never get a call back with a quote waited 4 business days without a call back.
