Excellent Service! Highly Recommend!

After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

Very awesome visit. Bobby Perez and his partner, I wish I got his name, but they were great. Very productive. There was a slip where none of the outlets had a ‘reset’ and they worked to install a whole new outlet and re-wired it up in my attic! Very well recommended!!

Ice Storm Oct 2020 we had a huge amount of limbs come down & rip the power line off the back of our house. Called tons of electricians and Joe was the one who called us back. He came right out and looked things over and the very next day Joe and his crew, Riley, Josh, Jacob & TJ came out and repaired our line. They went above and beyond with their work and even helped my husband pull a limb down off our crushed attached(now not attached) back porch. Literally called 10 other services prior using them. Very responsive service. They came same day and were able to fix additional problems in the process. Would definitely recommend. The electrician they sent sent out(Barry) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely use again in the future.

They did a great job! Even vacuumed my garage before they left. They had the entire job done in 1 day and they hooked my fridge up to a generator until they were done!

I needed an inspection done in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma. I called 32 different places and no one would go out that far. ESP went out the same day and did a great job! Excellent company to work with, from heating and air conditioning to plumbing we have never had a problem with them. We just had them install a new American Standard heating air conditioning system including a new digital thermostat designed for the system. Learning how to use the digital thermostat was a little challenging and was never a problem with them sending out a technician to retract us..

We purchased a service agreement where a technician would come out twice a year to check out the system. Technicians they send out are polite and knowledgeable. Keep up the excellent work.

Satisfaction is not guaranteed. I would not recommend. I needed a simple outlet installed. Lance came out to install. He installed it crooked. Tripped down a ladder into my wall. I could smell alcohol on him and confronted him about it. He didn't deny it. They charged me $288 (For ONE simple outlet) which I paid under protest. I called to complain about Lance to the owner ... who said he DID NOT believe me and said that Lance was his best guy. He did offer to knock off 10%. I declined for several reasons.
After he left ... the outlet stopped working! I had to call ANOTHER electrician .... who came in and we figured out Lance had tied the outlet to the garage light SWITCH ... therefore, when we turned the outside garage lights off ....it turned the outlet (and out TV hooked up to it) OFF!! And I paid for that?! The other electrician, Shane Denny with Denny's Electric was awesome. I would recommend them. They put in THREE (3) additional outlets ALL for $300 (about the same price that Harris Electric charged me for ONE). Harris Electric took my money and didn't look back. Definitely not satisfied and out $288 for work that had to be redone!
