Our AC unit stopped work on a Saturday afternoon. I called Terry’s because they had serviced my units before. Even though it was the weekend I got a quick answer and set up a time for a technician to come out. Within 5 minutes of getting off the phone with the office the tech Jay called me. Gave me an estimate time of arrival. Called me back 30 minutes later and had a cancellation so was on his way. Jay was quick to Service and explain the situation. I appreciate Jay for his help and Terry’s for their service.

Hunter that came out to do the estimate was amazing. He listened to all the problems we had and told us the solutions in layman's terms. I felt confident proceeding in the repair knowing everything that was going to happen, even though so much had to be done. His estimate was correct to the cent, the only thing that was wrong was the time frame the work would take. It didn't take nearly as long as he estimated!!! Hunter is extremely friendly and courteous, I will for sure be calling Alliance Electric for ANYTHING electrical I need and referring them to my friends and family!!!

(Update) Recently moved to a new neighborhood and started having frequent power surges/flickers from the power company. We started to worry about anything we could not put a surge protector on and called Barnett Electric to see what services they may offer. We are now the proud owner of a whole home surge protector. The added assurance that our expensive electronic items like AC, washer/dryer, and others are protected are well worth it. Once again they came out quickly and did great work.
