Friendly and professional and prompt and reasonable. They placed an outside light in the wrong place, but it was also my poor communication., so not really a mistake of theirs. They came back to fix it promptly at no charge, when they prob could have just left it as I had paid and agreed before they left. But they instead were super ethical. Lots of companies talk like they're honest mom and pop shops, but aren't really. These people were genuinely ethical, on top of doing a good job, and having reasonable pricing (I shopped around for quotes for the tesla charger). From the person who first came and did the quote, to the guys who came and installed (and corrected), and the owner who called to fix the miscommunication issue (after they had been paid).

Our experience with Performance Electric surpassed any and all expectations. Every time I called, I talked to a real person, who remembered me. Brody had our powered restored within 1 1/2 hours, was very professional and friendly. I can't thank the Performance Electric team enough for the absolute best customer service! Seth is the man! We have used him for the past 3+ years, he has done everything we have needed time and time again at a very reasonable price.

I was having issues with my electric system. I have a home warranty so the dispatched this company to work on my electric. In order for a warranty company to dispatch this company had to accept the job. I spoke with this company they was very rude and told me they didn't like working with warranty companies and talked to me like I was dumb. Then my warranty company called them and they told them they would come out. I called to schedule and again they refused to schedule me and come out. I wouldn't use them.

They were quick to arrive and got my electricity back on and working great! I suggest them for anyone wanting a good professional company.
