My electric went out during one of the hottest days thin summer. I just moved into this house. They were here in minutes. They found the breaker box, which for some reason had a rusted padlock on it. They cut off the padlock, flipped the switch and Thank God, I had a/c again. Thanks Hayes Electric. ♥️

We have been using Hayes Electric since ‘16. We have had small tasks done all the way to our breaker box. While their prices are very affordable they are also not out to rob you either. We were going to put new outlets throughout our home and instead of jumping on that request they suggested we buy the outlets as that would be cheaper. That’s an honest company in my book.

Top rate experience this morning!
Hayes replaced three ceiling fans and one outdoor fixture in our 1936 bungalow, and did so with amazing efficiency and speed.
Fast, friendly, and affordable -- what more could I ask for?
We'll definitely use Hayes again and again -- no doubt about it.
UPDATE:
The folks here are exceptionally honest, too. We were accidentally over-charged on the last bill from Hayes and -- within just a week or so -- we had a note in the mail and a $79.00 refund check with Hayes' apologies. (I can't begin to tell you how grateful we were and are for this kind of integrity.)

This is the second time I have used the services of Hayes Electric, and I was very pleased with the service both times. They responded quickly, kept in touch about when they were arriving, and came as promised. My problem was fixed, and the electrician was friendly and professional while here. The rates are very reasonable for service, as well. If you need an electrician, I highly recommend this company!

I own a Handyman Company Titled SureFix Solutions. We repair & maintain every aspect of homes and properties. We are frequently called upon for Electrician recommendations and had been subcontracting Hayes Electrical for several years with satisfactory results. We have a property in particular that is owned by woman in a nursing home who was renting out her house to the state in order to care for her 41 year old special needs son. The care givers work 8 hour shifts and regularly switch shifts at nightfall. There was an electrical short in the front porch light switch and we scheduled Hayes Electric for repair. The Porch light fixture had already been removed and when the technician arrived, he was unable to locate the short and simply placed a plate over the fixture. They informed me of the situation and I asked for alternatives to create a new Porch light. They said that they would get back to me but never called. I contacted their office again to remind them but again no follow-up. In the mean time, I contracted them to wire an electric whirlpool pump at another location. The technician wired it into place but it kept tripping the breaker. The technician insisted that it was a defective electric motor and said that it could not be wired for service. I drove to Britton Electric Motor for diagnostic and after examining the motor in less than 2 minutes, they told me I had an incompetent electrician who had wired a hot line allowing the wire tip to make contact with the motor casing, causing a constant short. I informed Hayes Electric of the situation and said that there should be no charge to me for their error. Now three months later, I called again to remind them of our pending porch light issue. Finally, several days later, Owner Gary called and said they might be able to tap into another line and put a new fixture in for $300. But he also added that we had an outstanding service charge of $82 for the call they made when unable to fix it the first time. I mentioned to Gary that they had not fixed the issue and he said that I was still being charged for them to drive over and install a plate (something my company could have done for $35). I reminded Gary that I had generated thousands of dollars for his company at which moment he immediately interrupted me and said Were done, we don't want your business, go somewhere else! and hung up on me. I have numerous clients who rely upon me to select reliable services performed inside their own homes and it is unacceptable for me to deal with any organization who behaves so unprofessionally. I’ll leave it to the reader to decide if they should utilize the services of Hayes Electric.
It was very pleasant dealing with Hayes Electric. Their prices are fair and they are just good people. Their schedule may be a little busy, but it was worth the wait.

We cannot recommend them more highly. They are always professional, friendly, thorough, and hard working. They have gone above and beyond for us during a remodeling project and we are so thankful for them!

Matt and Dave came out and did a excellent job..took a difficult job and made it easy..friendly and prompt..would use them again!
After using Hayes Electric a dozen times with Randall as the electrician we couldn't be happier with the service and the end result. They are tops.

Had a 3-way switch throwing a breaker. They found the problem in about 4 mins and fixed it right up! 👍
The SWEETEST technicians! So friendly & courteous! I’d call them again for anything!!
