Scheduled an appointment for someone to come by re: insulation for my trailer. ( Under the trailer) I called them! Then it was told to me that they don't insulate trailers... Why didn't they just tell me! OR,,,, call for the cancellation!? Big butt heads!!! 😃

Additionally, Mike was flexible in helping me understand better my requirements for my project and offered several avenues to accomplish my goals with differing price points. He took the time to show me the equipment and walk me through the steps he'd take so my family I would better understand the process and his work. Would recommend Mike for electrical work!

Doug answered my call at 6am on a Saturday and was at my house by 8am and because my issue was severe he came back and worked all day Sunday to replace and upgrade my breaker instead of scheduling me later in the week. I truly cannot thank Doug and Edge Electic enough for their compassion and customer service across the board, they will have all my future business and referrals. Also, Doug is a dog person, and my dogs would like to thank him for letting them play in the yard while he worked and all the pets! Thanks again so much!

It was very pleasant dealing with Hayes Electric. Their prices are fair and they are just good people. Their schedule may be a little busy, but it was worth the wait.

Went through my whole house told me entirely everything that was wrong all the way to a lightbulb being out and all I wanted was a doorbell put in I think my quote was $3,000 all I wanted was a doorbell wow I just wish they could have come out and fix the doorbell it cost me $29 for the service call or $25 whatever it was but I just wish all he had to do is replace a transformer and fix and the doorbell where to work but instead of making $50 on a transformer he wanted that 3,000 I don't think that's fair now we're in the den we cannot hear nobody knock at our door the doorbell still don't work and I don't understand why he just couldn't come out what I called for I called to say hey I need a transformer replace front doorbell and now I don't even have a doorbell everybody is knocking and I can't even hear it I just wish he would have replaced the transformer what I called you people for it's too sad too bad have a good day very disgusted customer

This 5 stars rating is for Ms. Jennifer Myrick - the lady at the customer service department of Quail Springs Home depot. She is enthusiasm in her work. Jennifer was very patient to me and helped to solve my issue even it took time. I also want to say thank you to Zack - the store manager and also the young lady who was very busy on that day to help the customers when Jennifer was solving my problem. Strongly recommend.

DO NOT let these people into your home. They came by my house to look at my electrical panel/ outlet that wasn't working. They told me before they came they wouldn't to any work until they diagnosed the problem, and they would tell us how much it cost before hand. I was unable to stay home during the visit, and my wife was here alone when they came. I guess whoever they sent saw a woman alone and figured they could scam some extra cash out of her. The only problem we had was a gsi switch needed to be reset, which basically means the electrician just needed to press a button on the outlet. Instead be acted like he didn't know what was wrong and did a bogus inspection of our whole house. They ended up charging $200 just to press that button on the outlet.
