Our AC unit stopped work on a Saturday afternoon. I called Terry’s because they had serviced my units before. Even though it was the weekend I got a quick answer and set up a time for a technician to come out. Within 5 minutes of getting off the phone with the office the tech Jay called me. Gave me an estimate time of arrival. Called me back 30 minutes later and had a cancellation so was on his way. Jay was quick to Service and explain the situation. I appreciate Jay for his help and Terry’s for their service.

These guys did a fantastic job on our LED light conversion here at the dealership. Highly recommend!

Above and Beyond showed up at the time that they indicated. Michia was my tech and he was outstanding and fixed my problem quickly. He did give some options regarding upgrades as my plumbing is original to the house, and it was greatly appreciated. He took the time to explain these options. I plan to use Above and Beyond for all my HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical needs going forward.

Excellent company to work with, from heating and air conditioning to plumbing we have never had a problem with them. We just had them install a new American Standard heating air conditioning system including a new digital thermostat designed for the system. Learning how to use the digital thermostat was a little challenging and was never a problem with them sending out a technician to retract us..

We purchased a service agreement where a technician would come out twice a year to check out the system. Technicians they send out are polite and knowledgeable. Keep up the excellent work.

We have used Jackson for over seven years and still receive the high level of service that one expects. There's no honeymoon period then bad service with this group.

These guys were awesome. They were very polite. Service was very fast and efficient. I called Thursday morning. They came out Thursday afternoon to give me an estimate. They began work on Monday morning and finished up on Tuesday afternoon. It was a very large job requiring running electric lines run through the frame of my old barn, then underground, then inside my new barn. I had 4 outlets installed. The job was just over $3,000. They were on time and completed the job as stated. I will use OurElectrician/Alliance Electric Services again. Sergio and his partner deserve a big THANK YOU.

Spoke with someone named Mike Barnett. Was very helpful at first... Could not even get them to come out and look at the job (even offered to pay a consultation fee, but was told it wasn't necessary). After a week of no emails he finally responded back to me after our initial conversation and requested photos...(again wouldn't come out to actually look at work needing to be done) after I sent him pictures I haven't heard anything and when I called the just give me the run around. UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAST YOUR TIME DON'T EVEN BOTHER CONTACTING THEM.
