I called Robert Baxter Electric to add an outlet to a utility closet and relocate an outlet as well. The two guys that showed up were on time and very professional. They quoted me the price to do the work and they finished in about an hour or so. I will definitely be using them again, highly recommend.

We got in contact with Michael on very short notice to run wiring for an air conditioning system. He was able to make time for us before the system was installed, and the work performed was top-notch. New breaker in the panel, a wiring run through our attic to the opposite side of the house, with a clean drop to a disconnect- all in only a couple of hours!
The price was very reasonable as well- always a nice bonus but not always the most important thing when dealing with home electrical...

Omar and Lane did an excellent job of listening to what I wanted and explaining what they needed to do to make that happen.I will say that the pricing model, which they explained to me was a fixed price based on the type of work I was requesting, was what I would consider expensive. I am not an electrician, I have never needed an electrician before, and I am in no way suggesting that they price they gave me was unreasonable. It was just what I would consider expensive. For anyone curious I needed to get a new wall socket installed for my dryer, this is an old house that was designed for gas and didn’t have the socket I needed, and it ended up costing me $674 including the service charge.Other than that they did a super good job, and I’m very pleased with the timing and quality of work. They even went a step beyond and hooked up and tested my dryer for me, so that I knew it worked like I wanted before they left.If I ever need electrical work again I will most definitely be going with this company.

I had a great experience with KTS after the October 2020 ice storm. We needed a connection pole and weather head replaced before our power could be restored. KTS was very responsive to my many texts about expected timeframe. Justin was able to come out, assess the situation, and fix the issue on the spot! He and his team were very professional and explained each stage of the repair. Once the power was restored on my street, everything that Justin repaired worked great. We are very pleased with KTS's service and will call again if future repairs or electrical projects are needed.

I needed an inspection done in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma. I called 32 different places and no one would go out that far. ESP went out the same day and did a great job! If, by chance, you had hired this company to do some work for you, please be mindful that they could arrive either aggressively early or staggeringly late. Ironically, in either case, the cause might be due to the driver either successfully travelling from Moore toward Edmond through construction zones at ~80-90 mph without a collision, OR nearly causing multiple collisions on I-235 and I-35. To the owner, might I suggest not tailgating at 80 mph in a construction zone, weaving in and out of traffic during rush hour (sans signal, of course)? I sincerely hope your business practices are far better than your driving, which were staggeringly idiotic and irresponsible today.

I was having issues with my electric system. I have a home warranty so the dispatched this company to work on my electric. In order for a warranty company to dispatch this company had to accept the job. I spoke with this company they was very rude and told me they didn't like working with warranty companies and talked to me like I was dumb. Then my warranty company called them and they told them they would come out. I called to schedule and again they refused to schedule me and come out. I wouldn't use them.

I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy. Don't ask them for an estimate. You'll never get one. You will be promised repeatedly that they'll call you back with at least some kind of information. Trey himself told me on no less than 8 times over the period of two months that he would get right back to me. I didn't realize that 'right back to me' meant two months with still ZERO word. I was told that Tmax was the best in town and could be relied upon. I was told they were professional. These word of mouth claims couldn't be further from the truth. I'm disabled with serious mobility issues and am now facing my home being condemned. All because this company dropped the ball and obviously thought I was unworthy of the truth and respect that an actual caring hometown business would extend to a customer.
