Toby responded to my call within minutes on a Saturday. My pool pump electrical outlet had to be replaced and the wiring redone. He had to crawl under a muddy deck to install the conduit. It was hot and muggy. The job was completed within a couple of hours and the pump was up and running. Great job, Toby!

Previously, I had a different electrician company say that they couldn't fix our ceiling fan. Todd was our technician had he was polite, listened, and didn't dismiss the broken fan. He actually took the time to check it out and fixed it!! Todd and his helper exceeded my expectations. Plus the service fee for fixing my fan was cheaper than buying a new one. I needed an inspection done in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma. I called 32 different places and no one would go out that far. ESP went out the same day and did a great job! I was having issues with my electric system. I have a home warranty so the dispatched this company to work on my electric. In order for a warranty company to dispatch this company had to accept the job. I spoke with this company they was very rude and told me they didn't like working with warranty companies and talked to me like I was dumb. Then my warranty company called them and they told them they would come out. I called to schedule and again they refused to schedule me and come out. I wouldn't use them.

Great working with Justin and his crew. They took care of all my needs including updating all the plugs to GFI to current standards. He added a grounding rod also to bring my folks house up to new standards. His crew was professional, worked hard and cleaned up. I have used them several times and have been pleased with the work and BLESSED that he runs an honest, dependable company.

Since moving into our home a number of years ago, we haven't needed the services of an electrician. After doing some research, we landed on Osborne Electric when it came time to install a new outlet on our porch. Calling to book the appointment was a breeze, and the estimate for the work seemed fair. Adrian was here first thing in the morning and was a great help - he explained every step of the way what needed to be done to access the ceiling above our porch, the job took much less time than originally forecast and I enjoyed talking with him. In the event we need an electrician in the future, Osborne will be our first call. I cannot recommend them enough!

Their technician did a good job on installing ceiling fan (and installed a switch and ran the wire) even though an accidental stumble put a hole in my ceiling (which he tried to patch). Though even after four separate times I had asked for a quote before the work was started and twice more during the install process, I was never given a quote. Almost a month later I finally get the invoice only to find out they charged over double what their competitors had quoted me for.
