He did give some options regarding upgrades as my plumbing is original to the house, and it was greatly appreciated. He took the time to explain these options. Excellent company to work with, from heating and air conditioning to plumbing we have never had a problem with them. We just had them install a new American Standard heating air conditioning system including a new digital thermostat designed for the system. Learning how to use the digital thermostat was a little challenging and was never a problem with them sending out a technician to retract us..

We purchased a service agreement where a technician would come out twice a year to check out the system. Technicians they send out are polite and knowledgeable. Keep up the excellent work.

Went through my whole house told me entirely everything that was wrong all the way to a lightbulb being out and all I wanted was a doorbell put in I think my quote was $3,000 all I wanted was a doorbell wow I just wish they could have come out and fix the doorbell it cost me $29 for the service call or $25 whatever it was but I just wish all he had to do is replace a transformer and fix and the doorbell where to work but instead of making $50 on a transformer he wanted that 3,000 I don't think that's fair now we're in the den we cannot hear nobody knock at our door the doorbell still don't work and I don't understand why he just couldn't come out what I called for I called to say hey I need a transformer replace front doorbell and now I don't even have a doorbell everybody is knocking and I can't even hear it I just wish he would have replaced the transformer what I called you people for it's too sad too bad have a good day very disgusted customer

Had about 7 grand of work done with Mr Sparky. Did a great job and even worked hard to correct an issue that I won't say here.

Had a generator installed by this company. Everything initially was perfect. The crew that installed the generator did an excellent job.

After they left things went down hill! I had to repair a whole in my garage from the new electrical box, that was not covered in the initial sales call. Then I had to manage the inspectors to check the work and the gas company to complete the process.

I was told the owner was going to call me concerning an add for a free serge protecter that I had just paid $350.00 for!

He never called ……. Several times I called with questions and left a message, and never received a call back!

This company took my money and completely disappeared from sight.
