Our AC unit stopped work on a Saturday afternoon. I called Terry’s because they had serviced my units before. Even though it was the weekend I got a quick answer and set up a time for a technician to come out. Within 5 minutes of getting off the phone with the office the tech Jay called me. Gave me an estimate time of arrival. Called me back 30 minutes later and had a cancellation so was on his way. Jay was quick to Service and explain the situation. I appreciate Jay for his help and Terry’s for their service.

Scheduled work in advance, was called by Barnett electric two days before the confirmed appointment and asked to reschedule out by one week. Day of newly scheduled appointment, Barnett was a no show and no call. Called Barnett and they said they had rescheduled again and unfortunately, no one had notified me because they were really busy. Lots of excuses...dog ate my homework, etc... In the end, not dependable and don't meet their commitments. If you don't care about your time, can wait for weeks and hope they show up, might be the right company for you.

Probably not my least favorite experience, but close. I haven't received my card...over a month later. Almost no one knew how to charge it. I spent 45 minutes trying to pay.... finally paid with alternative method....needed help loading. Was given attitude. When I got my drywall home, the corners and edges were crumbling...yay! I paid full price for hot garbage that was concealed by the packing. So disappointed.

My mother has Dementia, I specifically authorized a hot water heater installation and a new shutoff valve to the house. Instead they sold her on some bogus part on the shower. I wish I could give more info on the part and what it was but they will never answer my questions when I call. they always claim they will get with the plumber who went there but never do.
Do not trust them. They up sale to people who cant make decisions for themselves and I specifically told them of her condition and what she and my father are capable of doing on their own. They did an excellent install but the fact they charged us 300 + on a part and installation that was not authorized was totally unacceptable.
They charged us 2400+ on a hot water heater install as well. Which is above the others I got quoted but because we had done business before I decided to spend extra money. NEVER AGAIN unless they rectify this.

This 5 stars rating is for Ms. Jennifer Myrick - the lady at the customer service department of Quail Springs Home depot. She is enthusiasm in her work. Jennifer was very patient to me and helped to solve my issue even it took time. I also want to say thank you to Zack - the store manager and also the young lady who was very busy on that day to help the customers when Jennifer was solving my problem. Strongly recommend.

Absolutely terrible customer service.
I ordered 3000 sq ft of carpet for a project with my company. We ordered it for delivery and after the order was placed and processed we realized the delivery time was going to be slightly later than we needed it, so we changed it to pick up. After all the confusion of whether or not our 5 gigantic rolls of carpet were even here, the rep with the apron titled, The Don, treated me like i was the biggest inconvenience he's ever had to deal with. After he couldn't figure out what was going on with my order, he sat back at his computer and started talking to another customer and completely ignored me. I went to the flooring department where a really nice woman helped me out and walked me through every step of loading up my order. She is the only reason i didnt completely cancel my order on the spot, and she's the only thing that saved home depot from receiving one star. I will not be placing any more orders with home depot from this point on. I will also be calling corporate to let them know how unsatisfied i am with their company. Im sure The Don could care less about the customer service he provides if it means he has to get up from that computer station im sure he sits at all day.
