Tom and his team did an outstanding job at fixing the electrical issues we were having with our pool and waterfall. From having to investigate the old wiring issues, to coming up with a cost-effective and long-term solution for us, he really put effort into our job. Not to mention they spent the entire day there, and into the night, to finish the job for us on time before my son's party! So appreciated and dedicated. Blue Sky Electric is a service company with integrity. Our HVAC company referred us to them on a hot summer day. We were having an issue with one of our HVAC units and Blue Sky came over promptly to resolve the problem. I was so impressed with their knowledge and skill I invited them back for a different project. They completed the job correctly, with efficiency and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Blue Sky Electric.

Our AC upstairs stopped working last night. We have family from France arriving for a visit this week, and I was desperate to get it working. Our wonderful realtor, Matt Berry, recommended Terry's American. One phone call and we were on the schedule same day. The problem was quickly identified and the new part installed. Jay went above and beyond, catching a failing part in the downstairs unit, as well. We will definitely be calling this company again.

Their bid and final bill was the best value quote I received. I would definitely recommend them. And I am hiring them to do more work!

Was having problems with a GFI plug on my patio that I couldn’t figure out. Turns out it was wired in with 2 other GFI’s and the first one wasn’t wired up properly when we built 3 years ago. Mike re-wired it and all 3 are back up and running properly. And the price was very reasonable. And he is a veteran! 🇺🇸🇺🇸

Probably not my least favorite experience, but close. I haven't received my card...over a month later. Almost no one knew how to charge it. I spent 45 minutes trying to pay.... finally paid with alternative method....needed help loading. Was given attitude. When I got my drywall home, the corners and edges were crumbling...yay! I paid full price for hot garbage that was concealed by the packing. So disappointed.

The bright note was the very cheerful and helpful staff at the rental counter and the customer service gal who finally fixed credit card charge. Next time I will shop ANYWHERE else.

Absolutely terrible customer service.

I ordered 3000 sq ft of carpet for a project with my company. We ordered it for delivery and after the order was placed and processed we realized the delivery time was going to be slightly later than we needed it, so we changed it to pick up. After all the confusion of whether or not our 5 gigantic rolls of carpet were even here, the rep with the apron titled, The Don, treated me like i was the biggest inconvenience he's ever had to deal with. After he couldn't figure out what was going on with my order, he sat back at his computer and started talking to another customer and completely ignored me. I went to the flooring department where a really nice woman helped me out and walked me through every step of loading up my order. She is the only reason i didnt completely cancel my order on the spot, and she's the only thing that saved home depot from receiving one star. I will not be placing any more orders with home depot from this point on. I will also be calling corporate to let them know how unsatisfied i am with their company. Im sure The Don could care less about the customer service he provides if it means he has to get up from that computer station im sure he sits at all day.
