After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

Edge Electric was able to set an appointment with me quickly. Justin and Tristan fixed my 3 faulty outlets in less that an hour and cleaned up before they left. I had a great experience with KTS after the October 2020 ice storm. We needed a connection pole and weather head replaced before our power could be restored. KTS was very responsive to my many texts about expected timeframe. Justin was able to come out, assess the situation, and fix the issue on the spot! He and his team were very professional and explained each stage of the repair. Once the power was restored on my street, everything that Justin repaired worked great. We are very pleased with KTS's service and will call again if future repairs or electrical projects are needed.

If, by chance, you had hired this company to do some work for you, please be mindful that they could arrive either aggressively early or staggeringly late. Ironically, in either case, the cause might be due to the driver either successfully travelling from Moore toward Edmond through construction zones at ~80-90 mph without a collision, OR nearly causing multiple collisions on I-235 and I-35. To the owner, might I suggest not tailgating at 80 mph in a construction zone, weaving in and out of traffic during rush hour (sans signal, of course)? I sincerely hope your business practices are far better than your driving, which were staggeringly idiotic and irresponsible today.

I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy. Don't ask them for an estimate. You'll never get one. You will be promised repeatedly that they'll call you back with at least some kind of information. Trey himself told me on no less than 8 times over the period of two months that he would get right back to me. I didn't realize that 'right back to me' meant two months with still ZERO word. I was told that Tmax was the best in town and could be relied upon. I was told they were professional. These word of mouth claims couldn't be further from the truth. I'm disabled with serious mobility issues and am now facing my home being condemned. All because this company dropped the ball and obviously thought I was unworthy of the truth and respect that an actual caring hometown business would extend to a customer.
