Excellent Service! Highly Recommend!

After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

I would not recommend Edge Electric to anyone. I asked them to install a fan in my master bedroom and install a dual light/fan switch in the living room. They were easy enough to get in touch with, but I found the man who came out and gave me a quote to be condescending. It seemed difficult to explain to him what I wanted. Then when two men came to install the fan and switches, they stepped through my ceiling. Yes, they STEPPED THROUGH MY CEILING. I was fortunately sitting in the living room right underneath it, so I had the pleasure of having my ceiling fall on my face. Have you ever had the pleasure of having your ceiling fall on your face? I wouldn't recommend it. Curses ensued (from both sides) and they obviously agreed to have it fixed free of charge. The guy who came out to fix it was very nice but successfully convinced me after he was done that this is as good as it's going to look without replacing the entire ceiling. I wish I had forced him to replace the entire ceiling. To this day there is still a square in my ceiling where it was stepped through. In my living room. Finally, the texturing job around the switches that were installed was terrible. It was incredibly bumpy and didn't match the rest of the wall, so I actually went in and put more spackle/paint on it myself. If you want this incredible experience in your home, Edge Electric is the business for you!

They installed some extra outlets for me. The tech was very nice, quick. I will definitely call them again if needed.

I've had Nick out a few times to do work on two different houses. He's been prompt, professional, and is extremely detail oriented in his work. I used to use another electrician that cut corners and almost ruined my well pump which would have cost a couple thousand to fix. Nick has helped me identify other areas that need to be remedied. Electrical work is not something you want to have corners cut. If you need things done right the first time, use Campbell & Son Electric.

Mike made sure to explain everything clearly, making sure I was comfortable with the process once in my home. He was also very safety-conscious, which put me at ease. Overall, a great experience and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

As a contractor it is important to have other contractors that you can rely on to get in and get the job done quickly and done with care and attention to detail. Justin and his guys are truly top notch. We have been working together for a couple of years and never a complaint. Always fair and honest pricing. These guys are great to work with, you won't be disappointed. If only there were more of them. You know what they say, quality is in high demand.

Hayes replaced three ceiling fans and one outdoor fixture in our 1936 bungalow, and did so with amazing efficiency and speed.

The folks here are exceptionally honest, too. We were accidentally over-charged on the last bill from Hayes and -- within just a week or so -- we had a note in the mail and a $79.00 refund check with Hayes' apologies. (I can't begin to tell you how grateful we were and are for this kind of integrity.)

I had a great experience with KTS after the October 2020 ice storm. We needed a connection pole and weather head replaced before our power could be restored. KTS was very responsive to my many texts about expected timeframe. Justin was able to come out, assess the situation, and fix the issue on the spot! He and his team were very professional and explained each stage of the repair. Once the power was restored on my street, everything that Justin repaired worked great. We are very pleased with KTS's service and will call again if future repairs or electrical projects are needed.

Extremely pleased with Terry! He has been very helpful responding to mother-in-law having electrical issues in her home. Have called twice, no response. Spoke with someone the second time and was told I'd receive a call back but have not.

Their technician did a good job on installing ceiling fan (and installed a switch and ran the wire) even though an accidental stumble put a hole in my ceiling (which he tried to patch). Though even after four separate times I had asked for a quote before the work was started and twice more during the install process, I was never given a quote. Almost a month later I finally get the invoice only to find out they charged over double what their competitors had quoted me for.
