Best Commercial Hvac in Oklahoma City OK

I was having problems with my electricity so my ac and refrigerator was not working. I called him at 630 am. He called me back and walked me through some tests to see if it were just my house or if it were a power outage to make sure that I didn't have to pay them to come out unnecessarily. He was extremely professional. I will most definitely use them again!

Our AC unit stopped work on a Saturday afternoon. I called Terry’s because they had serviced my units before. Even though it was the weekend I got a quick answer and set up a time for a technician to come out. Within 5 minutes of getting off the phone with the office the tech Jay called me. Gave me an estimate time of arrival. Called me back 30 minutes later and had a cancellation so was on his way. Jay was quick to Service and explain the situation. I appreciate Jay for his help and Terry’s for their service.

Excellent communication and very knowledge about our options, possible future upgrades and our neighborhood. They gave us great peace of mind for protecting our home and safeguarding for the future. The entire cycle of service was excellent and Jordan was also very helpful on the front end.
