Nick really came through for us to get power restored to a rental house. He was very professional and did an outstanding job quickly. He went above and beyond to help cover a part of the roof with his own tarps which he did as an act of kindness after he had completed the electrical work. I can't say enough good things about these folks...we've used them for years. When the freak October 2020 ice storm rolled through my elderly mother had a limb fall on her service line causing the line to disconnect from the house/meter. Luckily Terrance (now part owner--Howard retired but it's the same old Waters Electric crew) was able to get out that day to get her back on. Everybody knows OG&E was ridiculously slow to respond to this storm and she could have been without power for a week or more. They even mentioned they like to take care of moms. Kudos and thanks bunches fellas. Glad to leave a review!

Probably not my least favorite experience, but close. I haven't received my card...over a month later. Almost no one knew how to charge it. I spent 45 minutes trying to pay.... finally paid with alternative method....needed help loading. Was given attitude. When I got my drywall home, the corners and edges were crumbling...yay! I paid full price for hot garbage that was concealed by the packing. So disappointed.

The bright note was the very cheerful and helpful staff at the rental counter and the customer service gal who finally fixed credit card charge. Next time I will shop ANYWHERE else.

I have talked to a few local carpet stores and have been less than impressed. Just talked to Todd in carpeting here at Home Depot and he was so helpful answering all my questions. I will probably be back to use their services be cause of Todd's great customer service.

The technicians I had were awesome, friendly and informative of every step and the process. I appreciate everything to the techs that came out with getting my power back on.

DO NOT let these people into your home. They came by my house to look at my electrical panel/ outlet that wasn't working. They told me before they came they wouldn't to any work until they diagnosed the problem, and they would tell us how much it cost before hand. I was unable to stay home during the visit, and my wife was here alone when they came. I guess whoever they sent saw a woman alone and figured they could scam some extra cash out of her. The only problem we had was a gsi switch needed to be reset, which basically means the electrician just needed to press a button on the outlet. Instead be acted like he didn't know what was wrong and did a bogus inspection of our whole house. They ended up charging $200 just to press that button on the outlet.
