I have used Metroplex electric twice. They are prompt, knowledgeable, courteous with very fair prices.

I’ve used them for a few jobs but will now switch to someone else. The first job was installing lights and everything went great even though they were short handed on techs. Bo was very personable and did the job as promised. Second time I had outlets installed on my awning. They did not install the outlets to the original layout, and they left slivers of metal from the awning being drilled all over the patio. I contacted Bo and he came out and corrected the issues and cleaned up the metal. I suggested they got a rolling magnet for their trucks for jobs like this. Figured it was a lesson learned for the business and would use them again. I hired them a third time for a hottub. Job went well until again the metal slivers left on the concrete. Sweeping does not pick up the slivers, a magnet has to be used. They said they did not have that equipment and they thought they got it good enough. I have kids and pets that get the metal stuck in their feet, so I had to invest in a rolling magnet (you can get them at Home Depot) to make sure the metal was picked up. Today (Friday)I had a shed installed and a breaker was tripped. The breaker needed to be replaced, I had no electricity in part of my house. I called them and they were not able to come out same day. And wanted me to wait until Monday. I know I haven’t spent the most with this business but I have spent a lot and have been loyal to using them. But that means nothing when your in a tight spot. Between not adding a cheap simple tool to their trucks and not having the means for urgent calls Unfortunately they have lost future business . Bliss was able to come out right away and have the breaker replaced in 15 minutes! Yes they were here for less than 20 mins but passion couldn’t make that time for me.
Update: I had them run the electrical for my shed including upgrading the power supply to the house, new breaker box for the house, and breaker box for the shed. This project was a 2 day task with two guys. It wasn’t easy or cheap but Bo really worked with us on everything. The installation went pretty good besides the tech trying to poach future business and having less than positive attitude about his employer but over all it was a good experience. Fast forward several months, our microwave starts acting funny, flashing, shorting out. We ended up replacing a fuse in it thinking it was just a cheap off brand microwave. We later learned that the microwave which is also on the same circuit as the oven was shorting because of the common wire in the breaker box wasn’t tighten down and arcing causing it to short out. So glad we were able to figure it out on our own before the house burned down. My husband was able to fix it and he went through all of them to make sure they were tight so we don’t have the problem in the future.

Dylan completed the electrical work needed for our hot tub! He was professional, detailed, organized and very knowledgeable. I was impressed with how how neat the wiring looked. I highly recommend using this company. The office staff is very kind as well! Overall, a pleasant company to do business with.

I maybe a little biased , but I have worked here off an on for more than 40 years . It is by far the most knowledgeable Electric Company I have ever worked for . And always the most reasonable service company's that OKC has to offer . I'm retired now an seen their ad an had to give my 2 cents . You can't go wrong with the folks at Cobb Electric .

Nick really came through for us to get power restored to a rental house. He was very professional and did an outstanding job quickly. He went above and beyond to help cover a part of the roof with his own tarps which he did as an act of kindness after he had completed the electrical work. Fast, friendly, and efficient. Had used them many years ago and needed something done quickly. Came out the same day I called to look at all my options and determine the best one. Then came back the next day to quickly finish the job. I highly recommend Ray’s Electric and we will definitely use the for all future electrical needs.

Good selection on a number of clearance items today, Presidents Day. Soaker hoses 100' regularly priced $22.95:were $5.00 Miracle Grow brand. Other items with similar discounts. Just never know what is discounted and varies at each store.

Extremely pleased with Terry! He has been very helpful responding to mother-in-law having electrical issues in her home. After speaking with him the first time, I knew I could trust him and that he cares for his customers. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I ordered 3000 sq ft of carpet for a project with my company. We ordered it for delivery and after the order was placed and processed we realized the delivery time was going to be slightly later than we needed it, so we changed it to pick up. After all the confusion of whether or not our 5 gigantic rolls of carpet were even here, the rep with the apron titled, The Don, treated me like i was the biggest inconvenience he's ever had to deal with. After he couldn't figure out what was going on with my order, he sat back at his computer and started talking to another customer and completely ignored me. I went to the flooring department where a really nice woman helped me out and walked me through every step of loading up my order. She is the only reason i didnt completely cancel my order on the spot, and she's the only thing that saved home depot from receiving one star. I will not be placing any more orders with home depot from this point on. I will also be calling corporate to let them know how unsatisfied i am with their company. Im sure The Don could care less about the customer service he provides if it means he has to get up from that computer station im sure he sits at all day.

The technicians I had were awesome, friendly and informative of every step and the process. I appreciate everything to the techs that came out with getting my power back on.

They claimed that my entire electrical system wasn't to code, shouldn't have passed inspection and needed to be replaced.
My house doesn't meet current codes, but it was to code when it was built, as such it's grandfathered in.
They tried to get me to replace everything for $10,000. I got a second opinion and had the real problem fixed for $300
