They came out. Located the issue in a few minutes. Did a quick R/R and we have had no issues since.
Main problem was caused by OG&E, the electric provider in our area, during a line change up the street.

Shane did the prep work necessary to embed the electric connections etc inside my living room wall in the spot where my new Samsung Frame TV will be mounted. Even though twenty years ago the builder apparently used some unconventional framing techniques, Shane was able to problem solve and get the job done. This was my first experience with Denney Electrical Services, but after experiencing Shane's expertise and tenacity, it will not be the last. I was especially pleased with Shane's over-the-top efforts to be prompt, tidy, thorough, and honest. Plus, Shane generously took the time to make sure and share with me what and why he was taking the steps that he did. All that, AND he was a very kind, respectful and trustworthy young man!

Attempted to hire but unfortunately they were not willing to come out after 3pm when we get off work. Ironic that I, the potential customer must take off from my employment to employ/pay a business?

I called Osborne to restore the power to my HVAC unit. The men arrived at 7:00am and by 9:00am the unit was back in service. The Osborne employees, from the person who took my call to the men who did the work, were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable of their jobs. I would recommend Osborne to anyone needing electrical work.

Even with a guy down they still showed up and fixed our switches! Justin was great and expressed that they rather get their jobs done, done right, and day they were expected. Stashing their info for future needs!
