After an unfortunate nearby lightening strike, I had the good fortune to make contact with Toby S, owner of EXPERTtech. I was very impressed with his training, skill level and work ethic. Not only was extensive damage repaired expertly but he always let me know via phone or text that he was on his way. And, perhaps a trivial matter to some, he always cleaned up the work area; I was impressed!
I can highly recommend Toby. If you hire him for all your electrical needs, I feel positive you will not be disappointed .

I had an appointment with one of their competitors recently. It went horribly. I canceled and called Baxter. Robert was easy to deal with and his guys made it to my place the next day. They did the job in an hour and for $690 rather than the $1200 the other guys quoted me. I offered to tip them but they declined and said they were just doing their jobs, no need to tip. Awesome company, I highly recommend them.

We worked with Rebeca to help us with getting quote. Our breaker box burned out on a Saturday. Rebecca listened to our issues and asked for pictures so she can get a quote for the fix by Monday morning. She was very helpful. Respectful, high quality and good attitude!

This review is not about an actual technical service provided but about the customer service that saved me unnecessary cost! My electricity went off and I thought it was another outage like we experienced last week in our neighborhood but when I reported it, OG&E called and said it was not their service. I tried flipping all the breakers and nothing worked. I called and got Jordan. She was very personable and after I explained the issue and what we've done, she explained they have a tech that can come and the pricing, which is the weekend and considered an emergency call so it is understandably going to be a higher service call. Jordan then, instead of just scheduling and sending someone, said ... let's make sure you've reset the breaker because sometimes that main one can be really tough and you have to put your body weight into it.... I called my son and had him try it...apparently I didn't give it enough umph to turn all the way off then back on... he did.... and we now have electricity! When most companies would just send someone, even knowing that it could be something that simple, Barnett's did not. I am beyond appreciative of the friendly and professional customer service Jordan provided by helping to troubleshoot my issue before sending someone and paying unnecessary cost. I didn't explain this to Jordan, but our family had experienced a medical emergency with our family pet this week that cost us a couple thousand dollars and we are providing palliative care for our sweet Jellybean at home right now. This really meant more to us than a simple breaker reset. I didn't need their technical service today but they did earn a future customer for when I do. Thank you Jordan and thank you Barnett Electrical Services!
