My experience with PK and Altman Electric was excellent. From my initial contact with Elizabeth in the main office to the service that was provided by Raphael and Omar, the staff was professional, polite, and punctual. I called on a Tuesday, and Elizabeth scheduled me in for Wednesday! And Raphael and Omar arrived an hour early. Before starting, Raphael reviewed a TO DO LIST with me. A ceiling fan and two outlets, including a GFI and light fixture, were either replaced or serviced. Pricing is competitive. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Highly recommend. Roman is super responsive and will let you know his availability right away. He came to our office to repair/fix the wiring of some baseboards and he fix them and orderer parts right away for one that needs it. He also came the next day for a minor repair follow up. I will continue to call on Roman and this business for any electrical needs at our office space.

Mike and his team were methodical and detail oriented. Mike sure everything is done right. Makes sure everything is left super clean and he is a major problem solver - knows the full gamut of construction so he can be so helpful.

Ilya was wonderful! We called him after discovering that most of the outlets in our new office weren't working. He came by the next day to take a look, gave a very fair quote after just a few hours, and did the work a few days later. He fixed the issue in just about 20-30 minutes and did it quietly, efficiently, and meticulously. We're definitely going to call him back to do additional electrical work!!

I had called 3 other places that did not respond. Dennis answered the phone, asked about the issue, explained possible options, and was upfront with cost. He scheduled workers, texted 10 mins before arrival, and resolved the problem of replacing the outlet completely. They left the area clean. And he followed up afterward to make sure outlet was working. Overall, very pleased with the service.

Our home is around 60 years old. Unnecessary to say there have been various changes that have been done to the electrical system over this time. We were looking to wrap up the basement inevitably, and as we examined what was down there, we found leftovers of knob and tube and way as well numerous junction boxes, clearly far from perfect. Besides, the crew came in and settled everything. They were professional and knowledgeable, gave us many great recommendations, were courteous, and treated the house as if it were theirs. I scheduled an appointment with them they never gave me a time I told him that I am available all morning. i was delivering a package to a customer and I was 3 min away from where we should meet he just left. at least call before you show up. They didn't call before they show up never gave me a specific time and the guy was very rude.
