Needed a thermostat swapped - I'm happy!

I needed to replace my bathroom vent and came across a potential problem. I called the electrician get a estimate and to set up an appointment.

The electrician listened to my problem an advised me on how to resolve it. I appreciate their honest & would trust any future work to this company.

This is the second time TBE has come to the rescue. I am updating upstairs living spaces in my home and wanted to replace the electrical outlets and switch some of them to combination electrical/USB outlets. Chris arrived as scheduled and quickly provided an estimate. Once I OK'd the work, he immediately started replacing the outlets. After replacing the outlets and ensuring that they were all operational, Chris discovered that there was a fault in some existing wiring (thanks to the new GFI breaker that he had installed). He let me know that I could either have him troubleshoot the problem or leave it as is (provided I signed a waiver indicating I had been advised that there was a potential electrical hazard).

Of course I OK'd the troubleshooting. Wouldn't you know it was related to a light fixture that I had replaced a few years ago. If I learned anything today - never DIY electrical updates. Leave it to Chris and TBE.

Great service! I lost power because of a snow storm and coned said it will be repaired in 2-3 days. I called Dennis he came over in 20min and the power is back on.
