I called rather late on a Thursday evening and spoke to the lovely rep who was very kind professional and willing to help. The electrician came first thing in the morning. He was very professional and explained everything in detail and gave great service! He got us up and running right away. We are thoroughly happy with using this company and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a good experience with this company. They installed two bathroom vanity lights. They came on time, completed the job efficiently, and cleaned up afterward. And, their office staff helpful completing a contract required by my building. I'll use them again.

I had an outlet go out after updating a few light fixtures in my apartment. Roman was able to make a same-day visit to diagnose and fix the wiring issue. Roman was extremely professional, kind a fast. Highly recommend this business.

I was faced with an emergency. The outlets were off, which meant all the currentin the panel were in danger. I called in the last minute, I was fortunate that someone came immediately and offered assistance.

I can’t say enough about YT Electrical! We will absolutely use them again for any electrical needs that arise. Last night one of our outlets was flickering, hot to the touch, and smelled of burning plastic. The fire department turned off the breaker and said we needed an electrician ASAP. I called YT this morning, and a technician was here before lunchtime diligently working to correct not just the outlet with the faulty wire but finding and fixing the source of the problem-an overburdened breaker that needed to be separated. The owner was in constant communication with me. The technician they sent did a great job communicating and answered our questions. I thought the price was reasonable for the scope of the work completed. We are very pleased. The company was very professional from start to finish. We sleep soundly tonight knowing a dangerous electrical issue in our home is now resolved.

I am a building superintendent for 30 story mix-use property in midtown and I had a issue with one of the cooling towers so called the mechanical company whom indicated we have an electrical issue. I called our typical electrical contactor and as usual I got the same old “ I will have men on site in and hour “ and NO ONE SHOWED. I went on line and DAVEN ELECTRIC popped so called them and within 2 hours a project manager showed up and identified the issue and subsequent remedy. The next the matter was corrected and ALL was well, we now have a NEW electrical contractor and its DAVEN ELECTRIC which I highly recommend

Our home is around 60 years old. Unnecessary to say there have been various changes that have been done to the electrical system over this time. We were looking to wrap up the basement inevitably, and as we examined what was down there, we found leftovers of knob and tube and way as well numerous junction boxes, clearly far from perfect. Besides, the crew came in and settled everything. They were professional and knowledgeable, gave us many great recommendations, were courteous, and treated the house as if it were theirs. Unfortunately this company is TROUBLE. I have been in business for 14yrs and worked with countless contractors never experiencing something like this! Actually I wouldn't bother to post, and tried everything to work something out. BUT THIS IS SO WRONG! I hired them to do a small light repair job and within a week the lighting faulted, I called to report the issue, and how we can fix the problem. The reply was feet dragging and finger pointing at me. During our conversation I find out they have a policy that automatically sends all their customers to a COLLECTION AGENCY! So we have to pay for the service within 30 days if it works or not!!! AS of today, I HAD TO PAY FOR LIGHTS THAT DONT WORK and they want to charge me to fix their mistake! Are you kidding me!!!! I WANT A REFUND!

We called Ceriello to troubleshoot a possible phase out in our building. Nick came by, assessed the problem and persisted despite running into a few dead ends. He was helpful and walked me through potential issues, connected me with people in the office, and they handled all of the communication with ConEd until my repair was complete. At the end of the day, it was a ConEd issue, for which we are being reimbursed by ConEd, but Ceriello's expertise and knowledge was invaluable.

I have used the company twice in the past year. Both electricians in Brooklyn, NY, that came out were courteous, listened to my concerns and problems, and made repairs quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up afterward and double-checked all of the work to make sure the issue was resolved. Will definitely use them again in the future.
