We had what could have been an extremely invasive project (which began as a TBD since they had to open our ceiling to determine the scope of work) and we were preparing to live through a huge mess which was extremely well managed by the workmen sent. I don’t usually post reviews but wanted to recommend Mike from Emco. Got his name from a local listserv when we needed to (we thought) have a new wire run from our apartment to building basement (a major job). Mike came and did some troubleshooting and quickly told me my wire was fine (the HVAC guy had given me the wrong diagnosis). Mike listened well and was quick and efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Richie is fast, friendly and professional. He found the root cause of the problem after running diagnostics and got our power back up and running in no time. Very good value for $ and fast, highly recommended!

I had to upgrade my fusebox to an electric panel and was put in touch with YT Electrical services. Yordanys was always there to answer my many questions and walk me through this project which seemed easy but required endless paperwork and a city inspection, which they took care of. I was able to get it done quickly and around my schedule which really helped, too. YT was the right choice for me.

Ilya gave me a good price for the amount of work I needed done which was splicing some wiring to extend it, installing an outdoor floodlight camera (made by Ring) and fixed an outlet that had been broken for months.

Our home is around 60 years old. Unnecessary to say there have been various changes that have been done to the electrical system over this time. We were looking to wrap up the basement inevitably, and as we examined what was down there, we found leftovers of knob and tube and way as well numerous junction boxes, clearly far from perfect. Besides, the crew came in and settled everything. They were professional and knowledgeable, gave us many great recommendations, were courteous, and treated the house as if it were theirs. Unfortunately this company is TROUBLE. I have been in business for 14yrs and worked with countless contractors never experiencing something like this! Actually I wouldn't bother to post, and tried everything to work something out. BUT THIS IS SO WRONG! I hired them to do a small light repair job and within a week the lighting faulted, I called to report the issue, and how we can fix the problem. The reply was feet dragging and finger pointing at me. During our conversation I find out they have a policy that automatically sends all their customers to a COLLECTION AGENCY! So we have to pay for the service within 30 days if it works or not!!! AS of today, I HAD TO PAY FOR LIGHTS THAT DONT WORK and they want to charge me to fix their mistake! Are you kidding me!!!! I WANT A REFUND!

These guys are the best of the best. I evolved from using one of the younger electricians who gave great customer service, to later moving to an old head named Frank who simply knew how to do stuff that no one else could do. They are respectful, on time, and on budget. And as an African American man oh, that is not always the case with my service people.

Ez Does It Home Improvement came out to my home to install my surround sound system through out the home on 7/29/2012. Ez Does It Electrical were very promoted with there service. I gave Ez Does It Electrical a call at Noon and by 2pm they was at my home starting the job. Their Electricians was very professional and knowledgeable about the system I bought and even showed me some tricks. I will recommend Ez Does It Electrical to my family and friends.

I had an issue with my electric baseboard heater and had an electrician come out who misdiagnosed the issue and then tried to charge me an insane amount for an issue that wasn't fixed. We then looked for another electrician near me and found these guys, and they were amazing. Their tech was able to diagnose the issue immediately and fix the problem. We even had them take a look at a few other smaller items around the townhouse that they were able to fix. Will definitely be using them again for any future needs!
