They installed a ceiling fan last summer for me- they do good work.

I am very pleased with the services from Charles and Stanley New York electrician . I used them for a very difficult project and they were amazing. Communication was easy and they are very responsive. Stanley did an amazing job onsite and he stayed all day long until he was able to complete everything. I am usually very picky but I will highly recommend them.

From the planning phase of the job, Klodian’s responsiveness and expertise made preparing for the installation very smooth. Titanium Electrical team is extremely knowledgeable and proficient. They were careful in performing the work, making sure that the whole apartment was covered and protected from dust/debree. Klodian’s experience allows him to find solutions for any electrical job imaginable, and I couldn’t be more happy with the result. Not only did his team perfectly perform the chandelier installation (with patching and painting), they went above and beyond to even help me with several unrelated house fixes for free.

Our home is around 60 years old. Unnecessary to say there have been various changes that have been done to the electrical system over this time. We were looking to wrap up the basement inevitably, and as we examined what was down there, we found leftovers of knob and tube and way as well numerous junction boxes, clearly far from perfect. Unfortunately this company is TROUBLE. I have been in business for 14yrs and worked with countless contractors never experiencing something like this! Actually I wouldn't bother to post, and tried everything to work something out. BUT THIS IS SO WRONG! I hired them to do a small light repair job and within a week the lighting faulted, I called to report the issue, and how we can fix the problem. The reply was feet dragging and finger pointing at me. During our conversation I find out they have a policy that automatically sends all their customers to a COLLECTION AGENCY! So we have to pay for the service within 30 days if it works or not!!! AS of today, I HAD TO PAY FOR LIGHTS THAT DONT WORK and they want to charge me to fix their mistake! Are you kidding me!!!! I WANT A REFUND!

Terrible work. We had them replace the buzzer and intercom system for our building. The system continually shorted out every few months. Each time that they made repairs, the system only lasted for a few weeks before it shorted out again. The final time it shorted out, they told us that we were no longer under warranty, and that a real fix would require re-wiring work and twice as much money. When informed that they had initially told us the opposite (i.e., that the system could simply be replaced without re-wiring), they lied and said that they had recommended re-wiring from the beginning. They were also rude the entire time.

I have used the company twice in the past year. Both electricians in Brooklyn, NY, that came out were courteous, listened to my concerns and problems, and made repairs quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up afterward and double-checked all of the work to make sure the issue was resolved. Will definitely use them again in the future.
