Called in to get our company’s doorbell fixed and Tony couldn’t have been more thoughtful and professional. Our company ended up hiring someone else but Tony called back to follow up on our situation and it showed he really cared about whether our door buzzer got fixed. Would definitely recommend in the future.

Overall, I thought they were great. PK & Altman was referred to us during a move from one office to another in NYC. On one hand the experience was limited because it was to disconnect some electrical wiring so that furniture could be broken down, and on the other, it was great because everything went smoothly - they showed up when they said they would, took payment the way they said they would, charged what they said they would, etc.

Great prompt service from Roman. He's super friendly, knowledgeable and stuck to his quote. Will definitely be using him again.

I recently had some work done at my home through Chris. I was very happy with the electricians who came to my house(Chris and his assistant).

They were on time, they were always on task. They were clean, intelligent, and respectful.

They always made sure I had a clear picture of what they were about to do and why. I really appreciated how they always went the extra mile to make sure that they caused the least amount of drywall damage that they could. Unfortunately, there has to be some damage when adding extra lighting and outlets etc. I will definitely be using them for any of my future needs.

We were under time crunch, but YT electrical services were able to get the job done fast, without compromising the quality. Very pleased with the end project.

I called LED Electricians on Sunday morning to get an estimate on installing 2 light pendants. He answered and gave me lots of info including an estimate. He said he could even come out on the same day (Sunday). He called me on his way and showed up right on time. He was very efficient and was patient as we figured out the height of the pendants. He did a great job and paid lots of attention to details like making sure they were oriented the right way. I'd definitely recommend him and would use him again.

Service was subpar and food was average that day.

Initial scope only included installation of a new light fixture. At the last minute, I thought it might be worth asking if he had extra USB outlets on hand that could be installed (time-permitting), so I asked, not really expecting much. He went above and beyond my expectations by visiting a nearby electrical store, picking up a couple outlets and staying longer to swap them in for me! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Can't say enough about the great service I received from this company. Had a circuit go out in our home. Their tech was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. I asked him to look at a non-related wiring issue while he was here. He assessed and fixed that problem in no time as well. Service and price were excellent. Amazing service all around.
