They came round and informed me of a variety of options for a new Plumbing which would also be good enough to hear my new extension. They were honest and competitive. On the day of insulation I was able to secure a weekend slot as I work in the week. The engineers were professional and showed me how to operate my new Plumbing. I cannot fault the whole process and I really appreciate everything they did for me.

We had a leak and a short window to have it fixed, these guys were AWESOME! Our building required paperwork prior to having them come , they had everything sorted within the same day . Extremely nice and proffesional. Highly recommend!

LUIS, the plumber was a very professional and knowledgeable.. the work was done. He did not rush. He took his time and completed it cleaning the drain. It was very stubborn, dirt and debris in it. Thank you, LUIS.

So we had some clogging issues. Tried the usual plunging methods, chemical cleaners, augers, snakes etc and all the above didn’t work. The clogs kept happening. Finally was time for a plumber. We found this company and they were able to come the same day. Sal was here for about half an hour and got the toilet where it needed to be.

I only called for an estimate to change out an old stove for a new one, had all the equipment delivered with the new stove. All I needed was a licensed plumber to disconnect the old gas pipe and put a new one on the new stove. All other quotes were in the range of $175 to $225 from several different competitors. Their quote, $450! I promptly said no thanks and hung up. Shop around and get quotes to find out industry standard pricing. No service was provided by this company and I am not commenting on their service, just a ridiculous pricing issue.

I am excited about this plumber concerning his rates. The quote I received included both parts & labor which was super helpful. It was also reasonable compared to other plumbers in NYC. I recommend this business.

The plumber repair person was Mr. Williams. He and his apprentice assistant were quite punctual for the scheduled appointment. The piping in my building is from its original construction. The location of the leak was located behind the wall between the bathroom vanity and the attic beneath. This was in a tight space! Mr. Williams precisely located where he needed to make an opening in the wall and changed a length of piping to repair the leak. I sincerely believe he succeeded in minimizing the area where he needed to make an opening, where others would have created more extensive removal the accomplish the same result. I like the fact that Mr. Williams explained what needed to be done and patient in answering my questions.
I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and will definitely use Aladdin for future plumbing needs. My only request is that they send Mr. Williams if at all possible!

Best drain cleaning experts in Manhattan. In every way, a professional. They arrived to unclog a sewer line. While our basement is newly carpeted, we took care to wear shoe covers. Tech attempted multiple times with. Diverse auger sizes while displaying the scope view in real time. They had to return with a more powerful instrument to complete the task, but we arrived on time and completed it efficiently. The initial price was dropped in half, and as discussed, the larger tool was more expensive, but there were no additional expenses. On the basis of this one instance, I would strongly suggest them if you want solution for clog. Excellent initial impression!!!

I was assisted by Chris on a whim tonight. As late as it was (7:00 PM) Chris did not hesitate to greet me with a smile and get to work on his analysis of the issue.This was my first time dealing with a plumber and I was nervous at first. After working with Chris I was absolutely appaled at the professionalism displayed but the depth of knowledge and passion he has for his career. Not only was he able to unclog my toilet but he taught me so much about the pipes and how it all operates so I could be educated myself for what to look iut for incase anything happens againI'll definitely be using this company for further plumbing issues. Just know, if Chris is your assigned plumber, you're in great hands. Quality repair, Quick service and Quirky with their sense of humor!

HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them.

I had a great experience here. Needed some clothes dry cleaned on short notice and it was no problem at all. They also went above and beyond to attempt to remove a stain and almost succeeded (honestly was not possible but appreciated the effort). Extremely friendly. Very convenient. Affordable as well—for nyc standards. Give this place a try if you live nearby!

The technician was courteous and competent. He had a clear aptitude for his field. In the near future, I'll most likely give them a call first!

I had a great experience working with Harry from HBNY. He did LL152 inspections for multiple buildings for me in one day. Very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Also reasonably priced unlike some other places I called.

I have a mystery leak which may be causing the floor to buckle, and I asked Fred Smith Plumbing to come and investigate. My first interaction with them was fine, normal- I called, they showed up in the time frame they were supposed to show up, the plumber looked around, and couldn't find the source of the leak. Fine.
Then, since he was there, I asked if he could replace these faucets in the bathroom since they had been leaking. He said that replacing them would stop the leak. He helped me pick out some faucets on amazon, and said to book a new appointment when the faucets arrive. I booked a new appointment, and that's when the trouble started. On the day they were supposed to come, time passed, and I finally called, and the man who answered the phone said I wasn't on the schedule. Did they take your credit card information? If they asked, I gave it Well, you're not on the schedule, so you must not have given your CC information. Well, if it's your job to ask for and record that information, then that's your job. And that's how interaction continued with their office, blaming me for them not showing up. They finally came another day, the man who came took ages to install the faucets (charge by the hour), including a half hour toilet break (!) If you're looking for a frustrating place that will keep you waiting for days, then take their time and charge you for that, this is the place. Faucet still leaks, though less. 3 days of waiting.

Incompetent and ignorant. Fixed one thing but completely ruined another and failed to attend to it.
