Harris is an extremely effective communicator. He makes sure that the work he’s doing is in line with your expectations and shares professional suggestions if he thinks of a better way to approach the work. We had Harris install recessed lighting, including dimmers, throughout our entire home. He also wired and installed a chandelier and some pendant lighting for us. We look forward to working with Harris on lighting projects and more!

These guys are AWESOME! I mistakenly thought I was an electrician and tried to hang a hall light. Clipped old house wiring I thought were unnecessary, and shorted half our house. No lights or electric.

Alex and his team are professional, honest and they will get the job done. I admired mostly that he was concerned about safety. Most people care about money; however Alex took his time to explain the job and safety precautions. He is Amazing and so is his team. The work he completed is Amazing. Unfortunately this company is TROUBLE. I have been in business for 14yrs and worked with countless contractors never experiencing something like this! Actually I wouldn't bother to post, and tried everything to work something out. BUT THIS IS SO WRONG! I hired them to do a small light repair job and within a week the lighting faulted, I called to report the issue, and how we can fix the problem. The reply was feet dragging and finger pointing at me. During our conversation I find out they have a policy that automatically sends all their customers to a COLLECTION AGENCY! So we have to pay for the service within 30 days if it works or not!!! AS of today, I HAD TO PAY FOR LIGHTS THAT DONT WORK and they want to charge me to fix their mistake! Are you kidding me!!!! I WANT A REFUND!

We called Ceriello to troubleshoot a possible phase out in our building. Nick came by, assessed the problem and persisted despite running into a few dead ends. He was helpful and walked me through potential issues, connected me with people in the office, and they handled all of the communication with ConEd until my repair was complete. At the end of the day, it was a ConEd issue, for which we are being reimbursed by ConEd, but Ceriello's expertise and knowledge was invaluable.

Great humble and polite man. Very knowledgeable and shows you step by step what went wrong, and what he's going to do to fix the issue.

It was very good call to this company on a Sunday to troubleshoot my electrical problem which in 5 minutes Mr Roman was able to identify the problem, which was a burn wire to the panel , I must say thanks to this saver . Not the brightest bunch. Hired them to wire and hang a TV. Now the wall is riddled with holes and the TV is incorrectly installed. Will need to hire someone else to fix it. If you do hire them, make sure to supervise every move as they don’t do much thinking on their own.
