Randy was very professional and broke down what was needed and why regarding my tenants outlets burning out. The electricians that came in a couple of days prior, referred by a neighbor, told me I needed a ton of repairs in order to get the power restored and possibly HOURS of work needed?. They were to comeback the next day after the initial inspection and never did… And for that I’m EXTREMELY grateful. Randy was there for MAYBE an hour and I didn’t have to sell a kidney to pay for the repairs.

Reasonably priced ,repairs done in a timely matter ,reliable and preformed all work as per itemized contract would recommend to friends / family .

I am the owner of 4 retail storse 2 in Manhattan and 2 in Brooklyn, I have been using DAVEN ELECTRIC for 8 years for ALL electrical needs from simple repairs to total lighting upgrades to store renovations. Daven electric has NEVER let me down and has always operated with utmost integrity and professionalism. Our home is around 60 years old. Unnecessary to say there have been various changes that have been done to the electrical system over this time. We were looking to wrap up the basement inevitably, and as we examined what was down there, we found leftovers of knob and tube and way as well numerous junction boxes, clearly far from perfect. Besides, the crew came in and settled everything. They were professional and knowledgeable, gave us many great recommendations, were courteous, and treated the house as if it were theirs. A special thanks to Devon. We would highly suggest Wise Owl Electricians in New York.

Unfortunately this company is TROUBLE. I have been in business for 14yrs and worked with countless contractors never experiencing something like this! Actually I wouldn't bother to post, and tried everything to work something out. BUT THIS IS SO WRONG! I hired them to do a small light repair job and within a week the lighting faulted, I called to report the issue, and how we can fix the problem. The reply was feet dragging and finger pointing at me. During our conversation I find out they have a policy that automatically sends all their customers to a COLLECTION AGENCY! So we have to pay for the service within 30 days if it works or not!!! AS of today, I HAD TO PAY FOR LIGHTS THAT DONT WORK and they want to charge me to fix their mistake! Are you kidding me!!!! I WANT A REFUND!

This is very easy to work with a team! We planned the work out via text and email, they updated quotes quickly, and the job was done up to code. The electrician near me was patient and helpful in organizing the job. He was professional and did a very clean install. Looking forward to using them again!

Earl was GREAT!!!! He was on time, very professional, friendly, and affordable. He advised us on his plan to get the job done and executed it just as he said in his plan. I would recommend him time and time again.

Great team, great work..

We were fooled by the high Yelp rating. BUYER BEWARE. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS, hack plumbers and electricians. Make sure you scroll down to bottom of the reviews page to click on '41 other reviews that are not currently recommended'. Somehow this way their bad reviews are hidden. We hired Ricardo and Dinesh to relocate our gas and water lines and add electric to build a brand new kitchen. Plumber license 1504 belongs to a master plumber called Johnny (Johnny P&H contrac inc). CN hides this as he has terrible reviews!

1. Ricardo sold us on the idea that they have done this before and would drill holes through the center of the floor joists according to DOB code to move the lines but instead they cut 12 inches by 3 inch deep cuts on the top of structural floor joists, and several holes for electrical totally illegal and not to code and dangerous. My husband knows the building codes, and was shocked to see this so he brought in a structural engineer who said the floors are compromised and unsafe and not to let them even touch the joists any further. When my husband questioned Ricardo, he became aggressive and said drilling holes through the joists would require much more labor and materials, but that is what we had paid him a lot of money for!!! Now we are spending thousands of dollars getting it fixed. THEY HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF EVEN BASIC NYC BUILDING CODES. See the pics, THEY BOTCHED 10 structural joists in the living room.

2. They cut the ceiling of our downstairs neighbor, left early without informing my husband. Our neighbor was furious, and when my husband called Dinesh, he made up LIES AND EXCUSES acting like he didn't know what happened.

LASTLY #3 - They illegally shut off gas meters without immediately notifying DOB & Con Edison of gas leaks which is required by law and waited 1 week to notify DOB & Con Edison because they were trying to sell the co-op board on a $91,000 solution to fix the basement and when the board asked them for more documentation and details after a walkthrough on Friday at 5:30 PM, they knew they couldn't provide legal documentation and continue the scam of the co-op so they immediately notified DOB & Con Edison only for them to come on Friday night at 8:30 PM to shut off gas for the whole building BEFORE THE SNOWSTORM.

I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO NOT FALL FOR THEIR TACTICS AND USE SOMEONE ELSE FOR YOUR PROJECT.

Nice job! We had a couple tiny issues that they were happy to come out for. Some electricians won’t come out for small jobs… which makes the search for a good one all the more challenging. Avi called me back, scheduled the repair for the next morning, and the work was done in under an hour. Will use Electrific again. Thx!

We didn't use them for the job, they weren't able to do it at this time.
As for dealing with them an absolute pleasure! They responding quickly, kept in touch we me and even offered an alternative electrician to call when they could not help us.
