This is not a responsible business, poor quality, they will go after your money, not your business. They wanted to replace a good boiler because they didn't want to do the dirty work to maintain it. My gas boiler shut off and I tried to get them to fix it (rollout switch was going of due to flame rollout). Two guys came without any tools to inspect my boiler, I thought that they would get me fixed during that appointment. They started the boiler and confirmed flame rollout and checked my chimney if it has draft. Next they told me that I need a new boiler and that they will send me a quote. I waited for a day without response, called them and the lady told me that she will call me right back. I haven't heard from them in a week. They charged me $277 for the initial appointment which lasted about 20 min. So if I relied on them then I would have no heat for at least a week. In the mean time I cleaned the boiler and replaced the rollout switch and it now works fine. Forget this company and use somebody else.

Great prices and great work Raymond put in a water tank for me and fixed my sewer pump. He's very professional at what he do . I would recommend him to everyone i know.

Best Plumber In Queens, Second Time he they did a repair on one of my rental properties and they came in under time and under budget. I used the other popular plumbers and I had a back experience with Pro1Mechanical Chris came in took care of business and treated the place like it was his house. If you have any plumbing issues just call them and save yourself the headache.

They was suppose to be at my residence between 10-130 no one showed we called got a new time 4 to 530 still no one showed

Our building manager referred us to Demar to handle replacement of our hot water heater. Even though we were in the middle of Pandemic Demar was extremely responsive and got us up and running quickly for a very fair price. The team that came out were efficient did a great job and just generally went above and beyond. We highly recommend!

Just terrible technician, over priced, unprofessional

Called to get a quote for a simple water filter installation. Receptionist tried a very hard sell. When I could not commit to a time/date for service she hung up on me. I called back to report her to her manager, and when I asked for her name she hung up on me again. Very unprofessional. Lots of other plumbing services out there. Don't need to be hung up on by someone who I'm going to pay! In addition, she blocked my phone number from calling the business again. Spend your money elsewhere!

NEVER USE! I wish I could give negative stars. This company is a complete disaster and will bring disaster to you. No one in the company including the owner is a licensed plumber and they have inadequate equipment. I had continuous sewage flooding for three weeks, very upsetting. They came (always hours late), did a partial job, and never honored a warranty. They told me I had various problems which necessitated breaking up the floor, eager for the money.
