I am the owner of multiple LARGE apartment buildings in Manhattan and the Daven Electric team has serviced all the buildings for the last 10 years from total service upgrades , new risers ,apartment panels , electric range circuits to building lighting and emergencies Daven has served us well . Pricing is far and within market range , they are not cheap however for critical systems such as light , heat and power there is no room for era and frankly they have NEVER let us down yet .
