Roman and his team arrived promptly and in the span of roughly a day and a half completely fixed our electrical issue and even made a few adjustments to our existing wiring to make sure we were up to code. I don’t live in queens anymore however my mom still does in an apartment in a house we own in Astoria, My mom who's 95 called and said she heard “crackling“ and smelled something like rubber melting near an outlet were a power strip was plugged into. We went on-line and found DAVEN electric and contacted them, when we spoke with Jen I explained the matter and the fact that my mom is getting up in age and can be a bit nervous. Jen transferred me to the owner Dave whom whilst I was on the phone with him called one of his field Staff and instructed him to get right over to my mom, found the issue and correct it.
