Roman is truly an expert in his field, and extremely hard working. He was able to quickly diagnose some difficult electrical problems for me. He also fixed some other issues I was having and is coming back to do some low voltage lighting lighting work soon.

Prior to meeting with Mike (the owner), I anticipated a huge bill for a comparably huge wiring project. After thoughtfully going through my office's electrical system, he proposed a number of less disruptive/less costly options which would adequately address my office's electrical needs. He appeared to be a competent/knowledgeable individual - who was quite pleasant to deal with. I certainly would use his services and those of his crew should further electrical needs develop.

Yordanys talked sense into our unnecessarily complex plan to conceal some old cable wiring running our apartment, helping us better understand our own electrical needs. Communication around timeline, process, and price was prompt and clear. The work was completed quickly and on time by Yordanys's team, who checked in before, during, and after the process to make sure everything was according to our specs. They cleaned up about 95% of the debris caused by the job. After the job was completed I flagged a concern on the final invoice with Yordanys who reviewed it with me and credited the difference between what had been quoted in the initial estimate and what seemed to be a mistakenly higher number on the final invoice, which I really appreciated.

Working with Mo was the most positive experience I’ve had with any contractor/service. I still almost can’t believe how seamless and easy it was! Mo was extremely timely and responsive from my initial inquiry, providing a quick assessment based on information I provided about the light fixtures I needed installed, then a quote, and from there scheduling was flexible and easy. The electrician he sent was communicative, professional, prompt, and skilled. He was able to install everything quickly and with great attention to detail, and he was so easy to work with to ensure the fixtures were at the height/arrangement I wanted. I own a 3 family house in Brooklyn on Friday I lost partial power to the building itlsef, I call CONED and they insisted I call a licensed electrician and as I don’t know any I simply wen ton google and key in licensed electrician. I called a few of them on the first page and either they didn’t answer, treated me like I was the enemy or were out right nasty. The forth call I made was to DAVEN ELECTRIC in which I go Jen S the office manager and she treated me like a human being. I explained the situation and she put me on hold for a brief moment and Dave the owner picked up and explained to me what he felt it was and that he would dispatch this ticket to the field superintendent which is Alex S. Alex S called me in 5 minutes and he to felt what Dave had said was the issue was accurate. Alex S explained that daven electric is not emergency service company for new clients BUT when I mentioned that I have a tenant with children in the house and my mother lives here as well and is aged. Alex being a caring individual explained the fee structure and had a truck on-site in 2 hours, the staff member pinpointed the issue, temporarily e-wired the building and called con ed. Con ed showed up in 2 hours and permanently corrected the matter as it was an issue in the man hole on there end. The daven team saved the day and I haven’t seen that in long time, my hats off to DAVEN ELECTRIC

Our home is around 60 years old. Unnecessary to say there have been various changes that have been done to the electrical system over this time. We were looking to wrap up the basement inevitably, and as we examined what was down there, we found leftovers of knob and tube and way as well numerous junction boxes, clearly far from perfect. Besides, the crew came in and settled everything. They were professional and knowledgeable, gave us many great recommendations, were courteous, and treated the house as if it were theirs.
