Best Electricians Install in New York NY

Had a wonderful experience as a customer. Called several companies regarding emergency with electricity; however, some were closed even though they advertise they are open 24 hours/day or those who answered could not address my issue. New York City electrician was the only company to respond positively to my situation. NYC electrician Rep, Mr. Stanley thoroughl inspected the electrical panel and appliances that were not working and conveyed to me in layman's terms the situation-that the panel would need to be replaced. Mr. Stanley was very professional and demonstrated excellent customer service.

I hired Mike to rescue a chimney fan installation after another electrician quoted me a ridiculous fee. Mike's price was great. he communicated frequently and professionally and was responsive +++. when a building code issue (nothing to do with him, but preventing access) delayed finishing the job for almost two years he still.kept in touch and responded right away when I confirmed we were good to go. Installation completed within days. I cannot rate high enough.

Called the team in to resolve a short/earth issue at our busy location. Not only did they find the problem straight up but they identified a few other safety related items and resolved them. Good job.

Harris is an extremely effective communicator. He makes sure that the work he’s doing is in line with your expectations and shares professional suggestions if he thinks of a better way to approach the work. We had Harris install recessed lighting, including dimmers, throughout our entire home. He also wired and installed a chandelier and some pendant lighting for us. We look forward to working with Harris on lighting projects and more!

Ilya gave me a good price for the amount of work I needed done which was splicing some wiring to extend it, installing an outdoor floodlight camera (made by Ring) and fixed an outlet that had been broken for months.

I had an emergency. My entire kitchen outlets were out so all the food in my refrigerator and deep freezer were at risk of becoming spoiled. I called last minute, I was lucky someone came right away and helped us.

Our home is around 60 years old. Unnecessary to say there have been various changes that have been done to the electrical system over this time. We were looking to wrap up the basement inevitably, and as we examined what was down there, we found leftovers of knob and tube and way as well numerous junction boxes, clearly far from perfect. Besides, the crew came in and settled everything. They were professional and knowledgeable, gave us many great recommendations, were courteous, and treated the house as if it were theirs. Unfortunately this company is TROUBLE. I have been in business for 14yrs and worked with countless contractors never experiencing something like this! Actually I wouldn't bother to post, and tried everything to work something out. BUT THIS IS SO WRONG! I hired them to do a small light repair job and within a week the lighting faulted, I called to report the issue, and how we can fix the problem. The reply was feet dragging and finger pointing at me. During our conversation I find out they have a policy that automatically sends all their customers to a COLLECTION AGENCY! So we have to pay for the service within 30 days if it works or not!!! AS of today, I HAD TO PAY FOR LIGHTS THAT DONT WORK and they want to charge me to fix their mistake! Are you kidding me!!!! I WANT A REFUND!

We called Ceriello to troubleshoot a possible phase out in our building. Nick came by, assessed the problem and persisted despite running into a few dead ends. He was helpful and walked me through potential issues, connected me with people in the office, and they handled all of the communication with ConEd until my repair was complete. At the end of the day, it was a ConEd issue, for which we are being reimbursed by ConEd, but Ceriello's expertise and knowledge was invaluable.

I got my breaker panel installed by ASH Electric Corp and had an outstanding experience. They were quick, professional and knowledgeable. I work for a property management company, we discovered CN Coterie on Yelp 2 years ago. Initially we contracted them a electrical repair on one of our property, our tenant at the time was pleased and they expressed to us that CN was punctual, professional and gave them a detail explanation of the electrical fault and solution.

After our first experience with CN we then started to use them for more of our properties. They are very reliable especially when we are in need of emergency services. If CN says that they will be there in 45 minutes then they will be there in 45 minutes. Ever since working with this company we never had a issue that needed to be repaired twice. If CN come out to make a repair then that issue is fixed, we never have to worry about the same issue recurring.

It’s a relief to know that if we have a service request on one of our properties we all that we have to do is just send CN a email detailing the work needed and they will get it done efficiently.
