Roman was very quick to respond. I called him at 10 AM about an electric issue with my Nest hookup that would not feed enough power to the unit. This left my house extremely cold and it was below 60 degrees in my house over night. Roman was in my house at 11 AM and fixed the issue right away and showed me what to do if this happens again in the future. He was fast, professional and reliable.

Hired Javein to troubleshoot my 5 yr old Lorex security system. Two cameras were out and he figured out the lines got water in them. He sorted through various options with me- purchasing replacement cameras vs purchasing a new system. He also noticed that the DVR for the system was making a loud whiring noise indicating it could be on its way out. I ended up purchasing a new system as Lorex gave me a discount for being a customer. I compared Javein's installation price with 2 other electricians and Javein's price was better compared to other contractors. He came, installed the new system, neatly ran the wires and introduced us to the features of the system. Overall excellent service. Will certainly keep his info handy for any electrical jobs in future
