I called rather late on a Thursday evening and spoke to the lovely rep who was very kind professional and willing to help. The electrician came first thing in the morning. He was very professional and explained everything in detail and gave great service! He got us up and running right away. We are thoroughly happy with using this company and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a problem with my lights for several days and I call NYC Electrian within minutes they were back on. I was so happy with the quality of their service. I highly recommend them.

Don’t use this service. Not worth your time. I had a simple job to replace sconce fixtures, booked four days in advance. I sent very specific COI requirements and was promised it’d be sent the next day. It never gets sent.
Day of service rolls around, and I call to inquire about the delay. I was tossed from representative to representative, promised the technician was 15 min away, that he’d send the COI shortly, that they’d call him and call me right back, etc. None of it happened. I cancelled services because it was such a nightmare dealing with them. DO NOT USE.

I have used this business twice now. Both Richie and Devin are professional and they each did a wonderful job. This company went above and beyond especially for when we had our bathroom fan replaced. I will keep reaching out to this company for any future electrical services needed. Thank you so much!!!

I hired these folks to install new electrical lines for a new sunroom that I added to my house. They did a great job - always respectful with us and with clear explanations on the scope of work. Estimates were also reasonable. The Technician had a great attitude and he does exactly what he says he will. I’m hiring for my upcoming projects should he be interested.

Not responsive to my phone calls or emails. I paid $300 for an estimate that was never received. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I spoke/emailed with Josh at Leader Electric. From the first interaction they were different from the MANY other electricians I called. Josh listened, asked questions, and was able to give me (a 100% accurate) estimate. Josh also got the necessary paperwork to building management within a couple of hours so we were able to schedule the job for the following day. This was incredibly helpful! He also provided the rates in writing, which made me less nervous about any bait and switch. It was a simple/small job -- replace an old flush-mount ceiling fixture with a new (same size/shape) LED light fixture and install a dimmer switch. They showed up on time and finished the work in an hour (as estimated). I spent a lot of time on Yelp trying to find an electrician and actually found Leader through a personal recommendation and I am so glad I did. I highly recommend them!!!

Randy was very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, polite, very nice demeanor. Was early to the appointment ?, & texted to advise on the way. Went above the expectation. Wore shoe covers inside the house. His knowledge & articulate explanation impressed me. He spent extra time to install a light switch timer with a difficult position in the wall. Will definitely use him again.

Service was subpar and food was average that day.

Carlvin from McIntyre Electrical,LLC worked on the electrical portion of my complete kitchen renovation. After reviewing the plans he was able to provide additional in-site and suggestions, especially extra outlets. Carlvin was spot on! I really needed them. Carlvin coordinated his work with the other contractor making the project run smoothly. The contractor also complemented his work, especially where new lines were added. Carlvin is now my go to guy for all future electrical work.
