Service was subpar and food was average that day.

I called daven electric for a large apartment ( 150 units ) building in queens which needs a new larger electrical service , all new 100amp risers , new panels and new electric range circuits ( we are getting rid of gas in the units ) and they were on-site in 2 days to review the project and I had a price in 3 days . A Few things I noticed right away the owner Dave and the superintendent Alex knew exactly what to do once I mentioned were losing gas service and needed electric ranges. They offered up 20 buildings of similar size that they had completed and /or are in middle of doing the exact same project in , the gave me the owners names and numbers to call . I called the contacts and reviews were great , I went to 2 buildings to look at the work and the work was on point and I spoke 3 tenants in the same buildings and they but nothing nice things to say about the daven team . Pricing was right in the middle of 2 other electrical contactors who had bad attitudes and poor reviews. You get what you pay for and I am going with DAVEN ELECTRIC on this project and anything electrical period

They are very safety conscious and were helpful at every turn. They helped alleviate some of the stress of starting a new venture. Highly recommended.

If it wasn't for them I would have been ended up relocating.

After asking many installers for a quote, it was Hays NYC, who offered us the best quote. They arrived in time and completed the task in the quickest and most efficient manner. I PURCHASED A MITSUBISHI SLIM DUCTLESS SYSTEM 3 YEARS AGO,WORK GREAT FOR 2 YEARS THIS YEAR THE UNIT DOESN'T OPERATE ,FOR THE LAST 2 AND A HALF MONTHS I`M TRYING TO GET A MITSUBISHI AUTHORIZE TECHNICIAN TO FIX THE A/C BUT NO LUCK.I RECOMMEND NOT TO PURCHASE MITSUBISHI A/C BECAUSE THE SERVICE SUCKS.
