Best Commercial Electrical Work in New York NY

We recently had electrical work done and Tony was excellent. We had a full electrical panel replaced along with some other work that had to be done. Tony also pointed out what needed to be fixed on the outside of our home. It was refreshing to have good old fashioned service that you do not see very often. Extremely friendly and a job very well done! Thank you.

Can't begin to say how pleased I was with the service! We had a breaker blow and I found them on Angie's List. Their rating was well worth it given how quickly they arrived and even quicker with the fix. I was so pleased that the next time we had electrical problems I knew just who to call!

Ilya gave me a good price for the amount of work I needed done which was splicing some wiring to extend it, installing an outdoor floodlight camera (made by Ring) and fixed an outlet that had been broken for months.

Klodian and team were great. We had to replace all of our recessed lights and add several new ones on 2 floors. They also added several dimmers and replaced all our switch plates.

They provided great consultation about our options before the job (and actually guided us away from more expensive options) and quickly shared a detailed quote which was very reasonable.

During the job, they put a lot of time into preparing the area to prevent it from getting messy (even wore shoe covers) and ensuring the measurements were precise using laser rules. They got the job fairly quickly (all in 1 day)

They also took all the COVID-19 precautions with masks, etc.

I met with Alex from Daven Electric. He was fantastic! We needed to replace our electric switch boxes for insurance purposes. He understood the urgency of our situation and did everything to get the job done quickly and to the highest of standards. The electricians assigned to our job were Jack & Luigi who were prompt, courteous, neat and extremely professional. It was a pleasure to work with the entire Daven team including Jen, the office manager. We will definitely contact Daven again for any future electrical needs. Highly recommend!

Alex and his team at High Quality Electric were spectacular. From the initial communications, to giving me a quote within 24hrs, to rewiring my living room and installing 2 ceiling fans, the service was outstanding. Alex is extremely professional and knowledgable but also genuine, kind, and empathetic. He was a pleasure to be around, and made what felt like a daunting job look easy — as a homeowner, that was paramount for me in reducing any stress I had. He and his team completed the job thoroughly and in a timely manner, but without rushing. I am beyond thrilled with their work. I couldn't recommend High Quality Electric more for any electrical need, and will absolutely hire them again in a heartbeat.

Our home is around 60 years old. Unnecessary to say there have been various changes that have been done to the electrical system over this time. We were looking to wrap up the basement inevitably, and as we examined what was down there, we found leftovers of knob and tube and way as well numerous junction boxes, clearly far from perfect. Besides, the crew came in and settled everything. They were professional and knowledgeable, gave us many great recommendations, were courteous, and treated the house as if it were theirs. Terrible work. We had them replace the buzzer and intercom system for our building. The system continually shorted out every few months. Each time that they made repairs, the system only lasted for a few weeks before it shorted out again. The final time it shorted out, they told us that we were no longer under warranty, and that a real fix would require re-wiring work and twice as much money. When informed that they had initially told us the opposite (i.e., that the system could simply be replaced without re-wiring), they lied and said that they had recommended re-wiring from the beginning. They were also rude the entire time.

This company helped with my whole bathroom's plumbing. They put in new pipes of both my shower and my toilet. Not to meantion reinstalling the outlets around my house. Is have been 90 days are I still have no problems with their work.

Have worked with this company to set up the wiring for my video doorbell and a floodlight. Was punctual, fair priced and very professional.

We were fooled by the high Yelp rating. BUYER BEWARE. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS, hack plumbers and electricians. Make sure you scroll down to bottom of the reviews page to click on '41 other reviews that are not currently recommended'. Somehow this way their bad reviews are hidden. We hired Ricardo and Dinesh to relocate our gas and water lines and add electric to build a brand new kitchen. Plumber license 1504 belongs to a master plumber called Johnny (Johnny P&H contrac inc). CN hides this as he has terrible reviews!

1. Ricardo sold us on the idea that they have done this before and would drill holes through the center of the floor joists according to DOB code to move the lines but instead they cut 12 inches by 3 inch deep cuts on the top of structural floor joists, and several holes for electrical totally illegal and not to code and dangerous. My husband knows the building codes, and was shocked to see this so he brought in a structural engineer who said the floors are compromised and unsafe and not to let them even touch the joists any further. When my husband questioned Ricardo, he became aggressive and said drilling holes through the joists would require much more labor and materials, but that is what we had paid him a lot of money for!!! Now we are spending thousands of dollars getting it fixed. THEY HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF EVEN BASIC NYC BUILDING CODES. See the pics, THEY BOTCHED 10 structural joists in the living room.

2. They cut the ceiling of our downstairs neighbor, left early without informing my husband. Our neighbor was furious, and when my husband called Dinesh, he made up LIES AND EXCUSES acting like he didn't know what happened.

LASTLY #3 - They illegally shut off gas meters without immediately notifying DOB & Con Edison of gas leaks which is required by law and waited 1 week to notify DOB & Con Edison because they were trying to sell the co-op board on a $91,000 solution to fix the basement and when the board asked them for more documentation and details after a walkthrough on Friday at 5:30 PM, they knew they couldn't provide legal documentation and continue the scam of the co-op so they immediately notified DOB & Con Edison only for them to come on Friday night at 8:30 PM to shut off gas for the whole building BEFORE THE SNOWSTORM.

I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO NOT FALL FOR THEIR TACTICS AND USE SOMEONE ELSE FOR YOUR PROJECT.
