They charged me double what they quoted me. When I called to understand why, the lady reviewed their pricing and assured me that’s what I was previously told and said she could pull the recorded call to prove it. After a week of not hearing back from them, I reached back out and had to explain my situation over again. This happened for about 5 consecutive weeks before I got sick of getting the run around. Manipulative pricing structure and terrible customer service. I recommend you shop elsewhere.

Whenever I need anything electrical I call Lights Out!! Wonderful professional and friendly service. On time, respectful and his work is very clean and neat. They really are amazing. I already have another job lined up with them!
