FROG provided a 2 hr time window (most companies allow a 4-6 hr window) for service which was great and respective of my time. They updated by phone and email on the ETA of the tech. Tech arrived within the time window and completed the entire service in about 30 mins. All safety protocols were followed. Tech was very courteous and knowledgeable. Explained the service to be performed and answered questions. Once completed, shared the results and tips for keeping system working efficiently. I utilized FROG for HVAC service in the past with my prior home and they are still as great as they were then. Price is great for the yearly maintenance.
