I am in the process of purchasing a HUD home and Ron called me back with in an hour and was so informative about what I needed to have done. His knowledge was very refreshing and comforting. He had one of his workers over at the home right away and they were able to get everything done to get the home up to code with in a day. They told me how much it would be right from the start and to my very pleased surprise he was able to do it for less. How many places would be that honest and help you out like that. The job was done really well and very professional. They send you a text message to let you know when they get to the home and when they are leaving and if they are done. I will definitely use them again for any of my electrical problems or needs.
