Kevin and Stanton from coolray were great. They were on time to fix our plumbing issue. They easily identified the problem and even answered a few extra questions we had. Plus I appreciated the blue booties they wore in the house.

Our backyard is pretty dull without any light and not really safe in our opinion. We had Bates install some lights both motion detector and ones that we can turn on with a switch to spruce up our backyard. Great service and they did a good job with the wiring and all that.

I have used Jacob's company a few times now, & am always impressed by their knowledge, good work, & problem solving skills. Shawn/Sean was the electrician that was dispatched today about 3 different issues, & he provided expertise & competitive price quotes for all three. Be aware that electricians are in high demand here in Nashville, so sometimes pre-job consultations can be delayed or moved up, depending on the job or appointment ahead of you.

Absolutely terrible communication, service, and all around approach to business. Will not recommend or wish my experience upon any consumer. Ron required payment before he could schedule to replace my meter base - a fairly simple project. I paid him and he cashed my check immediately. 6 weeks later and after dozens of attempts to call, schedule, and have the work that I already paid for done, I have called it quits. My attorney is now taking this matter up.

My breaker for my HVAC unit (separate from my panel) kept flipping itself off. I called and asked for them to come out. They came out within 48 hours. After inspection Shawn stated my breaker was a 50 but the panel was set for 60. The wiring from Breaker box to panel was 60-80. So he suggested replacing the breaker. I agreed.
Shawn was pleasant, courteous, professional, nice personality. I am a woman who was home alone and I felt comfortable.
I will have them out again for future issues. I also like that they have a receipt that is easy to understand for review later.
