After waiting over two weeks and two missed appointments with another company, I called Ron at Discount Electrical Service. His employee, also Ron, showed up on time the next morning, was very pleasant, gave me a clear estimate, and finished the job quickly. The owner came out and assisted, and everything was done perfectly and cleaned up by mid-day. Cost was a bit under what I expected for the job, based on the length of wire run. I couldn't be more satisfied with their work. Thanks, again guys.

Lights were flickering on and off in our utility room whenever our washer was running. Two men from Morgan Electric Co came out to figure out what's wrong and they were THE nicest two gentlemen who provided excellent service! I wish they had surveys/feedbacks for these men!

If I could give less I would. They didn’t do the work to code, they refused to fix their mistakes after I paid them in full, they lied to the city of Franklin & they tried to barge me more money to fix the mistakes THEY made. They put me in a horrible position with my permit. The will never answer the phone. The owner Ron Belford is a loose canon, ticking time bomb and was rude to me on several occasions out of nowhere. DONT HIRE THEM. They will NOT stand by their work. I should’ve known by the name...”discount” Some things just aren’t worth getting a good deal on...smh

When we rented our new office space. Stan came out and fixed all the lighting in the office, replaced the ballasts in the lights, installed new outlets and exterior ring floodlight cameras. He also came to our home and did a lot of electrical work.. he was on time, the price was fair and we will definitely recommend Stan to our friends and family.

Contacted Mr. Watt Electricity to install wiring required for an HVAC upgrade. Tim responded promptly to my message and came out later that day to assess the situation. He was knowledgeable and very personable. The work was done within a week of my giving the go-ahead at a reasonable cost. Based on the level of service I received, I would highly recommend Mr. Watt Electricity to others needing electrical work.

One of your vans just drove through a construction zone on Old Hickory on the wrong side of the cones and then cut a bunch of people off to get ahead of the traffic line. Incredibly rude and dangerous. Would never trust you to do any work in my house based off this behavior.
